What I suggest the hotel is, please play a light/soft music, not a harsh music at lobby as the guests are gonna take some relaxing time together while drinking and talking. Besides, do not disturb the quiet environment of the hotel beach by playing loud music after 12 midnight disco. Many guests would like to listen to the sea waves at midnight, not the disco music :)

The quality, quantity, and freshness of food were great. The entertainment/animation team was unique. The hotel relationship was greatly helpful, especially Maria, who put 100 percent. The staff were friendly. The location was extraordinary.

Bad working WiFi, you need each time fill the same forms to connect. Terrible ventilation system in SPA and Gum, no fresh air there.

The sauna tile was broken and the pool water was very cold and the food was varied but unfortunately the quality was not good and it caused me stomach ache.

The activities finished at 1:30 AM I recommend that should have continuous things after a late night

Most of the good food were over soon and not getting charged. You could see lines of people waiting for food, drinks, and snacks in some places.

Night entertainment wasn’t great. Within 5 days only 1 night on the beach the music was fabulous with a Dj. Swimming pool wasn’t super clean.

Amazing property, so much fun, very clean and food was the best I have had in my life out of all the hotels I stayed at. Will definitely come back! Beach was fab.

- The rooms are over noisy, from 10am till midnight, they have no soundproof. - Restaurants waiters need to learn how to be more polite and respectful.

Late night parties at the Palm Terrace area needed more space . Shortage in bartenders during rush hours as you could find long lines for drinks and one guy serving hundreds of people in a period of 2-3 hours . Another example is the Chef at the Mill area upstairs serving snacks from 2-4 PM . Only one man serving Burgers and Traditional oven baked potatoes and fried chicken for lots of people . The dished were exceptional but i think he was overwhelmed with the numbers and pressure . Disco which opens 12AM-2AM was very outdated and untidy with bad smell , couldn’t hand there more than five minutes . Animation team introducers (speaking turkish Russian and English ) were cool but really need to slow down a bit so we could understand the announcements . There was a misunderstanding with the reservation as we got a room with double beds instead of a king/queen bed and we had to spend a night in it and we switched the next day . The guys and girls at the reception counter were helpful with the switch and made things easy but i guess it would’ve been preventable . ( moving stuff around is not easy when you just want to settle down early for the vacation so you could just chilax )

Cleanliness 10/10 rooms and restaurants and also general facilities and housekeeping was good . ( lady responsible for rooms 1401-1425 was amazing ) . Activities 10/10 including day time and night shows and late night parties . you will never be bored i can assure that . in fact there is so much to do that we couldn’t take part in all of them . Food 10/10 perfect including variety and most of the options were delicious . Services was also 10/10 Laundry and airport transportation. Staff 9/10 Most of them were very helpful and friendly but I think they are shorthanded and overwhelmed that’s why a couple of waiters were a bit rude DJ was one of the best i’ve ever seen and the Party girl making the crowd go crazy was really awesome and made the nights crazy . Shoutout to both of them . Girl with the hijab at the Ice cream / Cake / Sweets area ( Cafe ) in the afternoon was a great person and wish her the best .

The food is definitely not a 5 stars hotel .. i would say maximum is 3 stars.

After trying both Party-Adult-only hotels (Adam & Eve and Orange County) i found that this one is cleaner and more beautiful design than Adam & Eve.
