Unfortunately we were not used to their kind of breakfast so we struggled to find something that we liked. The food itself it's okay but it doesn't have much of a choice outside the local food. The pillows are a bit unconformable.

The staff was super friendly and caring, they made the whole staying better. The room had all the utilities you normally need.

Mini fridge was broken but I could the one in the kitchen. The lamp in the bathroom was broken. It happens. Nothing bad.

It was easy to check in and have breakfast. You can check in early and check out late, which is great. The mini fridge in my room was broken, but I could use the one in the kitchen. The air conditioning was only working okay, but the nights weren't too warm. My room was not on the road side, so it wasn't too noisy. Room was a decent size and I liked that you could open the window.

Actually, no major complaints. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it's a great place to stay.

The location is standard and urban, but offers a breathtaking view over the city towards Mount Erciyes (if you're in a higher floor and your windows face the right direction). In June, you can see many swifts in the morning, hunting insects above the city and flying right by the window.

It would be fine to have some renovation of the room. Lighting in the room is insufficient. Only one lamp over the mirror. There are no ceiling lamp, and neither near bed lamps. Reception denied to solve this problem. Remote control for TV is out of order.

Cons: I arranged an airport pick-up with the hotel (180 TL). When I confirmed it day before, they told me that airport no longer allow external pick-ups i.e. my pick-up is cancelled. The hotel, however, failed to notify me of this cancellation (luckily I was proactive). There were several external pic-ups at the airport, so I am not quite certain wheather I believe what I was told. In any case, plenty of taxis with a meter (cost 130 TL).

I checked-in at 02:45. Pros: - totally value for money! - location was very good for my purposes (1km walk from city center, on airport side of the city) - room was comfortable, even a bit outdated, with big window with a view - breakfast was adequate (6/10) —> if it was not included, I would not pay for it

Smoking allowed in rooms. Room really smelt of smoke, however we moved room, when requested, which was better. Quieter if you ask for a room on the back. Tired rooms ready for a refurb

We stayed overnight prior to early flight. Hotel is excellent location, near to airport and town. We were able to access local area for food. Staff were very accommodating. They booked a taxi for us, in the early hours. Bed comfortable, bathroom adequate. Value for money.

I didn't like the stale smell of cigarettes, so apparently smoking is allowed in the room, there was even an ashtray inside. Also, the wi-fi did not work for us, which is very important to us otherwise.

-The room that we got was so small that we did not even have place to open our (big)luggage. -so much noise when window is open because of thé traffic (but this we already read in the reviews) -not clean at all , the sheets ,the bathroom ,it is also very old and needs a innovation

-They accepted an early check-in without any problem and did not make us pay for this . -The staff was helpfull. - breakfast and because of Ramadan they prepared early breakfast(suhoer) -it is defenitily not expensive but cleanliness can improve has nothing to do with expensive hotels

The room was a bit noisy due to the highway that runs right in front of the hotel. Nothing really boring though.

Nüzhet hotel is a proper business accomodation, close to both the bus station and the airport. We spent there one night on our way back from Cappadocia: it made the work, with large and clean room and a kind staff, which provided us with a taxi very early in the morning. I would come back for sure!

It rained very heavily one night, but i can’t blame them for that!

We stayed there on two occasions for the airport. Very convenient. The staff were delightful, supplying me with coffee every time I passed. They went out of their way to look after us. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and help with parking the car.

Excellent location in relation to the airport. The staff are wonderfully helpful, especially in supplying me with coffee. A very friendly hotel, we stayed on two occasions and would happily return.
