Location is a bit far from the stations but still great for the price

First of all reception guy is awesome, was there for everything we needed, even besides the hotel needs, room is like in the 5 star hotel, clean amazing for the price of 37€ per night, big bed, free nes coffe,tea etc… Air conditioning working, nice temperature in room exceeded our expectations

You need to walk about 15 mins for metro station other than that everything is perfect

The place is a new. Host is very supportive. We have request an iron machine and extra blanket and he provided us immediately.

I spent lot of time looking for a nice and clean place to sleep for a holiday vibe. I am so happy I choose Ninova and I would get back to the same place . Is far form the taxi noise in the night , quiet place, where you can have a nice rest and is also safe. Furniture brand new , freshly smell everywhere . Congrats to the staff

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. The people from the reception were very nice and they prepared a surprise for my sister's birthday, with music, cake, costume and we sang happy birthday together. They made sure we didn't miss anything. Very clean rooms and complete silence. The hotel is right next to the sea and very close to the Grand Bazaar and the Mosque (15 min). We also had an amazing Bosphorus Cruise and they also provided us the transfer from the airport to the accommodation. They are very nice people, Berkhan helped me a lot on whatsapp with airport transfer and booking for Bosphor Cruise. I recommend with all my heart, and in the future, if I arrive in Istanbul, I will also stay here. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the great experience!😊

I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! It’s a cute room with a very comfortable bed, a small minibar, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a sea-view room. The bathroom is amazing and most importantly, everything was VERY clean. Located in the old city and surrounded by local restaurants, cafés, mosques, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. There is a train station a few minute walk away that will take you to all the touristic places. No taxis are necessary when you’ve picked this place as a location. The staff went above and beyond in helping us with everything. They are so attentive and extremely friendly. At any time of the day, you will be able to rely on them for help. They’re always finding a way to make sure you’re comfortable in their country.

Very comfortable room with a lovely kitchenette. Bathroom spacious. Staff were particularly helpful, and Serfar went out of his way to assist even allowing us to do a late book put and arranged a taxi to the airport. Overall a good experience.

I stayed in a standard double room. The room was very comfortable and good size for either solo or couple. The place is well kept and clean. Fittings are new. The host, Serhad, was extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. 15 -20 minutes walks to sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque & hagia sophia,Grand Bazaar. Also, it's easy enough to get metro to and from other areas. Be prepared to walk. It makes the trip more enjoyable! Thank you.

The reception is unmanned most of the time, so lengthy waits for checkin/out etc.

Great room and lovely roof terrace. The location is near tourist restaurants and just next to the train stop, so two stops from Sirkeci metro. For some reason Google maps doesn't get this.

We originally had picked another hotel because of the location- close to all the tourist attractions. Unfortunately we did not have a good time there so we found the Ninova boutique right across the street. It was convenient, clean, and safe.

The staff was very helpful . The location was spot on and the room had a balcony. Bonus was it has a roof top for evenings and 5 min away from the sea side and was good for my morning runs

The staff was amazing . They made it feel like home and were very helpful with how to do and what to do . It was out first day in istanbul and Jumma (the guy at reception) helped us with where to get the train and how to go around . He was very humble and helpful. Made us feel at home. The location is excellent for taking the old train to sultanhment and walking distance to all the right eateries
