The air con in the room was shocking for size of the room took 1 hour 30 mins for it to cool room down so every time u took key out you would have melt till is kicked in

On the last day, the water in our room stopped working. However, we alerted reception who informed us there were works happening nearby. Despite this though, it didn’t ruin our stay, only happened once and the reception staff were very responsive.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations and we had such an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back! The staff were incredible - so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was lovely but we also had lunch and dinner there several times and it was all amazing. Fabulous cocktails too - definitely the best you’ll find in Olu Deniz! Our swim up room was clean and had an incredible view of the mountains. Location was perfect, close to the strip but in a quieter area. We will definitely be back, purely for how lovely the staff were. We came away with friends for life and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

We absolutely loved our room, it was spacious with excellent facilities and was extremely comfortable! The breakfast offered each morning was also great and you were greeted by the loveliest staff. We appreciated having someone at reception 24/7 to help us feel safer as the hotel is in a more secluded part of Oludeniz.

The swimming pool has salty water which is amazing, the staff is so friendly, the place is amazing and clean, and the communication is amazing. They upgraded our room when our request to have a room for three was not available, I will go again and again

Though the food tasted good there, had not many variations. The dinner is à la carte menu and there were not so many options since some of the dishes tastes similarly. The place is quite which is nice but the hotel bar & co is super quite even in the evening. Maybe some sort of amusement could be nice.

Really liked the location, the view is amazing. It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the beach which is not difficult since roads are not steep. There are lots of bars and few clubs as well beachfront. We stayed in the rooms with access to pool which was nice. Since we had half board, we had the opportunity to taste both breakfast and dinner. The food tasted great and the staffs were amazing. Almost everyone can speak English.

Loved the place, the staff was amazing very decent and helpful, had an issue with the room telephone we couldn’t reach the reception at all, however the resturant/bar staff by the pool and the room service were amazing, the room is convenient, wished for a bigger one since we are a family of 3 with luggage, wished for a wardrobe nor a hanger… maybe a bit more options for the breakfast but it was decent. Thank you guys

We booked a pool balcony room opposite the swim up bar. The only problem was the swim up bar isn't open!

James, Albi and the rest of the team really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They attend to all your needs and give some good banter along the way, the service was excellent. The hotel is newly renovated to a quality modern finish.

The fact that the WiFi was down a few times and I thought the breakfast was ok. Not great. The price of the taxi was more at reception desk than booking online. We stayed in the swim up room and we wasn't able to use the bar at the pool at all throughout our stay.

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean. Cleaners done amazing every morning and I felt so welcomed. I will definitely come back.

I had a great time, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, i felt very welcome. The hotel is very beautiful, i loved the design. It felt warm, cosy and clean, the bed is comfertable The location was perfect for me, surrounded in between the mountains and the sea, the view was really amazing. It is also in a nice quit area, so it was easy to unwind. Within 5 minutes walk you are in de main shop / restaurant street and within 10 minutes at the beach. Bleu lagoon beach and the Suncity beach are so stunning, i did not know Turkey had so beautiful beaches

Nothing really! Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is right next to the loudspeaker for the call to prayer - we weren't expecting it when we were woken up at 5am the first morning! But by the end of the week we were sleeping through it every morning.

Everything was perfect - the staff were all helpful and really friendly, and the room was big and comfortable (and the direct access to the swimming pool was great - would definitely recommend a poolside room). It's located far enough from the chaos of the beachfront that you can unwind and escape it a bit, but within easy walking distance of everything for when you want to go out.
