Unfortunately for all 3 days of our staying in the Block C, where is the main restaurant, room and bathroom cleaning service wasn't sufficient. Perhaps it is necessary to increase the staff on cleaning the rooms a little, because in the common areas they washed and cleaned perfectly.

Almost everything was fine: room, food, location, swimming pool, staff were good.

We had a water leak in the toilet’s ceiling and Hotel changed our room after the second night. There were some issues with the flush and soap dispenser. Though property looked to be in a good shape, a better maintenance would probably needed.

Staff in this hotel are super nice and are the biggest plus of Hotel.

I didn't like the meeting room. It's pretty small and temperature can be very high inside. Also i didn't like the light inside my room. I had just two small lamps, and it was very dark during the evening and the night.

I mostly liked food, beautiful view from the terrace and the location of the hotel. It's around 2km from the city centre. Also, during the evenings they organized live music next to the pool and it was very enjoyable.

The private beach didn't have a recuired quality (stony bottom made it difficult to enter the sea.

The waiters were friendly (smiling), and especially 3 of them were extraordinary service-minded. The same service were shown by the female receiptionist as well.

Could have more enjoyable programs at night. Lunch and dinning is a diasaster,especially when there is no space,only upstairs. Our children had a fall couple of times walking upstairs with full plates. The foods are similar every day.

There is nothing really I can say other than the entertainment could be a lot better at night.

This is my seventh time here in 3 years. The facilities are very clean and excellent. The found is superb with many different varieties and the staff are excellent,friendly and very helpful.

Great facilities and the staff were really friendly. Hotel and room are kept spotlessly clean. Location of the hotel is brilliant, just across the road from the beach and a nice walk into town. For the price I paid it was amazing value for an all inclusive hotel

The staff was exceptional, the meal was good, the cleaners worked very good. The seaside just opposite, the sea very clear.

The food was quite appalling.. breakfast wasn't too bad but when it came to lunch and dinner we found it so hard to pick anything, really unappetising, repetitive food. It was so bad we ate out most days. We are not fussy eaters but there was just no thought or care taken to provide l guests with decent varied food. We did bring this up with management who did agree and explained that it's so hard to get (and keep) good chefs. The explained that a few years ago they were rated very highly on their food, but it was hard to get these standards again now! The snack bar wasn't much better, overcooked food and miserable staff ☹️ Also the other guests at meal times were terrible. Pushing into you, rude manners, one woman even hit our 7 year son in the head with a plate because she just could not wait 5 seconds for her food. Although this is not the hotel's fault, it made the whole dining experience even worse. The gym machines and equipment were mainly all broken, for us as a family was disappointing. Some (and definitely not all ) staff were really miserable, mainly the waiters in the snack bar.

The room was perfect for us as a family. Excellent shower, comfy beds, great WiFi, bottles of water replenished daily, very happy friendly cleaners. The two pools were spotlessly clean. Majority of the younger staff were absolutely superb. Especially Suat, the reception manageress, and the beach bar waiters The all inclusive ice creams, and cakes were delicious My husband had two very good massages organised via Elvis at the hotel, which he highly recommends. Entertainment was fun, we had a little dance on a few nights

The beach requires more sand to cover the stones that are at the entrance to the sea.There is no children's animator.

Very clean. Tastefully furnished rooms, new furniture. Polite, respectful staff, who thanked every time. At the reception, very kind staff, remarkable lady who speaks Romanian, of a special kindness and with a lot of patience, gives support to all tourists. Varied, delicious food for all tastes ice cream and delicious coffee, pizza, beer and juices throughout the day, artistic program every night. To the entire staff of the spa, wellness, Turkish bath we give all respect for the kindness and services provided. Note that: the check-in could be done before 2 pm, and after the check-out our bracelets were not cut and we could sit at the pool, we could serve the meal until the time of transfer to the airport, without additional costs.The hotel management is present non-stop among tourists, very attentive and receptive to the wishes of tourists. .

The boys and girls in the restaurants are excellent but there was a case with some girl at the ice cream area who was very rude like she was selling the ice cream and was demanding my 2yr old to come by herself to get the ice cream personally and gestured my wife to move out of the way. The manager sorted it out immediately so I don’t see it as a big problem. The food was kind of repetitive and felt like not everything was fresh, felt like the food was re served as different meals. Like the macaroni from last night into macaroni salad the following. I may be wrong. The drinks felt very diluted.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We were a group of 13 and had 4 triple rooms. One sea view and the rest garden view but we all got upgraded to sea view rooms. The receptionist were the best help ever. They went out of their way to help with no hesitation.

I paid for hotel more then was stated in the booking. Receptionist transfers euro to Turkish lira and you will be forced to pay at least 30 euro more. Hotel based on a very busy road, to reach the beach you supposed to cross it and it's not easy, there are no stop lights and drivers won't even slow down for you. Very dangerous road crossing, especially for kids. I've got a room with an amazing view but it was too early to celebrate. Balcony door wasn't closing properly and I was hearing whole night the road noise and the hotel shows karaoke like. Hotel staff mainly friendly and helpful except one of the receptionist which all the time would be smoking near the hotel entrance and you would need to wait till she is done smoking to ask/get helped. In the restaurant you are not able to collect food yourself even though they call it buffet. Rest. stuff will be putting food in your plate themselves. All this creates long lines to the food. They explain it as a covid measure but I am sure long lines and thick ppl gathering are much more dangerous and creates unsafe feeling.

Food was very good and waiters are just stars, working hard and helping you as fast as they can. Hotel is pretty clean.

The photos on the beach are not real. On the beach, there are huge remains of a concrete platform, which is not secured. There are no warning signs. My child was injured several times. The hotel does not take any action on the matter. My main complaint is about the beach. My other complaint is about the service in the restaurant - the staff pours a spoonful of food and you constantly have to pray that they pour more ?! Also, the hotel lacks parking, I was travelling by car and I was surprised to learn that the hotel has no parking ?!

The hotel was clean and quiet.
