We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWent in late September and the room was a bit musty coming back in the evening, but I guess that’s to be expected for a cave room. We did not leave the A/C unit on while we were gone, but it seemed to clear out the mustiness after half an hour of running.
Great location and pretty easy to find on Google Maps. Pretty good view of Göreme from the roof terrace. About a 20 minute walk (uphill) to Uchisar castle, which is a must for sunset views. Önder and his wife are extremely friendly and are very accommodating, and they will help you with finding good deals on tours and activities.

Host Onder and his wife are very friendly. It is a real cave hotel which is a wonderful experience for us. From the terrace,we saw the hot air balloons in the morning.

A perfect stay in Cappadocia, the hotel is conveniently located in a safe and quiet location. Excellent breakfast, staff and the owner is always available to offer help with anything. Highly recommend and we hope to return in the future.

TurkeyOur Cappadocia trip has turned into a magical experience thanks to the amazing owners and the staff of this hotel. Coming from Seattle, we had a long flight and they made sure our needs were met as soon we arrived at the airport. We were taken care of by the best of the best. The rooms are super clean and you get the most authentic experience by staying in those cave rooms. I don’t think there is a better and more authentic experience than this. Each room has its own charm and uniqueness to it so we were in for a treat. The staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. You get welcomed by smiles and great conversations about the history and culture. They helped us with the tours, visiting popular attractions and planning day trips with patience. The location is the best, with the most Cappadocia view you can imagine. The service is top notch that we already miss it. I wish we could stay longer because our stay felt really short. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special! We will be back.

My husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Burak and Serendiz extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

This hotel has a welcoming vibe and the decor is stunning. the owner’s have put attention into every detail. I was introduced to the owner’s who were so kind to me and always made sure I was getting what I needed. Tayfun is a fantastic host, so attentive and caring. The food was so delicious as well. you have to try the carbon burger! The view from the terrace is beautiful too. I stayed in the Afrodit suite with the pool which is so beautiful. photos do no do it justice, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! they have Netflix and shisha so you will never be bored! In the morning I was given a pool breakfast which was so amazing please check them out on Instagram. I am recommending a visit to this hotel to all my family and friends. I can’t wait to visit Cappadocia and stay here again. Thank you for your unforgettable hospitality

Czech RepublicStaff was little bit complicated. No cleaning, because they had no spare keys and we did not ask for it. When no cups for coffee, so many tiny little things that were missed by them. So I suppose they should improve their professionalism and skills in being there for guests…
Calm location, very quiet and comfortable room, nice sleep. Amazing view from the terrace, one can watch sunrise and balloons from there. Breakfast was OK, served and a lot of food to have. Quite yummy indeed.
