We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Modern and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Quite for a Hotel in a City in Turkey: Little traffic Noise, good acoustic Isolation. Near to Bursa and Easy Access from Highway. Staff very friendly and efficient. Many cheap and Good Restaurants in the area.

IsraelWhile showering, the water faucet stopped working and I had to stop bathing.Also, the loop of the toilet was broken and all the time it was needed to be arranged. There is simply no proper maintenance here. The bed cover was probably burnt from a cigarette. It seems that the hotel policy does not prohibit smoking in the rooms.
Staff was fair enough and cleanless was good also.

KuwaitI had a situation and i needed to leave one day before, i ask the hotel if they can refund one night, i know that it is against the rule, but they refused, i contacted with booking.com call center to talk with hotel , also they refused I have dealt with hotels in the past, and they appreciated human conditions If you expect that the hotel management will understand your human condition, then you are wrong Poor Breakfast Issues with parking (they not allow to park near the entrance, they tell me that i can park in street backside the hotel, there is no entrance from that way to the hotel so you need about 1 minute to reach hotel entrance ) House keeping dont come every day to clean , i stay for 5 nights they only come twice I booked the biggest suite they have , all the biggest suite located on fifth floor, imagine that the elevator end on fourth floor , so you need to continue with stairs to reach fifth floor , so if you have large or heavy luggage you will break your back
