Nothing. Everything was good!

We had a great time in Kervansaray Hotel. We only stayed one night but everything was perfect. The rooms were big and comfy, clean; facilities were great also, there is a swimming pool that is perfect for the hot weather and also some areas you can hang out and chill. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice and helpful. When we visited Hierapolis/Travestine site, the hotel staff gave us a great tip for the visit and even drove us (for free) to the farther entrance so we could walk around the park and finish our visit in the other entrance, that is just a few meters away from the hotel. Another thing to highlight: I initially made a reservation for the wrong dates, booking the rooms for 5-6 may instead of 5-6 June. However, I only noticed my mistake in the beginning of May and immediately asked for a correction. They nicely and quickly accepted the change in the reservation and there were no extra charges. We would definitely stay there again!

No mini fridge, the furniture was a bit dated and the bed was on the harder side. Also we didn't have hot water in the morning when we tried to shower

Some of the room fittings were a bit tired and there could have been a few other items such as bed side table.

Good and hearty breakfast. Good location with nice views of Pamukkale. Helpful and friendly staff who provided free transport to the Travertines. Rooms were spacious.

Windows do not protect from the outside noise, but at night it is pretty calm, so not a bid deal.

Toilet seat was flimsy and loosely fitted. The shower was not hot in the morning until 7 am, not sure if they have to switch on the heater to make it hot but we left early.

This location is just 5 minutes from Pamukkule, it has a beautiful view from the balcony. it is more like a home stay. The host and his mum was very friendly and kind. Parking is on the street opposite to the hotel. There are restaurants just around the corner. They also serve dinner for a cost.

The room was comfortable and equipped with the basic facilities to make it a comfortable stay for a short period of time. The bed was relatively comfortable and the AC in the room was working to help adjust the preferred temperature. The breakfast was quite nice and a good portion. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but good access to a few restaurants and shops

It is a great place to stay when visiting Travertine and Hierapolis. Walking distance to the south entrance and 1 min from the bus station where the Dolmus in the direction of the North entrance or Denizli stops. Bus comes every 15-20 min. Breakfast was very good and hosts very friendly and kind.

Location was great right at the bottom of the travenes entrance. The room was very cheap and you get what you pay for- the basics. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

It’s showing its age and the bathroom is pretty tiny but we still had a good stay.

It had a great location … a very short walk to the entrance to the travertine terraces. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good hot water in the shower and good water pressure. Breakfast was terrific and the staff very friendly. It also has a pool.

Nothing really. The family room is like one big apartment, no privacy between different rooms.

Just near the main attractions of Pamumkele. Helpful staff. There is a good indian restaurant nearby. Parking possible in front of the hotel. Breakfast area is nice.
