The staff were really very welcoming, thoughtful and friendly. We booked after a cancelled flight. We left at 3am the following day for our new flight and the staff had made us a sandwich and gave us a carton of juice as we left. We hadn’t asked for or discussed, only mentioned the time we were leaving when we booked in.

Coffee at breakfast didn't taste quite Turkish and can be improved.

Super friendly personnel who were very obliging and had good information for us. They were there at 23.00 when we arrived, and helped us with the room and the luggage. Same in the morning, when we got a nice little breakfast, help with booking and getting our bags to the taxi, even providing us with coffees while we waited. Great room as well, with two spaces one for sleeping and one dubbing as a living room. There is also an elevator to get bags up to the room, which is very practical especially with a lot of luggage.

The room needs some cosmetic repairs, also some mold in the bathroom. But if you stay one night it’s ok

It’s convenient to stay a night if you have connection in Dalaman airport. The guy on reception is very very friendly and helpful

Fabulous, extremely helpful and kind staff. The hotel is immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble - extra pillows, crockery and cutlery - helped us to order a takeaway, helped to load our bags. An array of toiletries provided, right down to toothbrushes. Brilliant all round. This is the second time we have stayed at the Karacan Park en route to Dalaman airport and we would certainly stay again.

Rooms that face the main road can be noisy.

The hotel is very close to the Dalaman Airport. This was a perfect location to spend the night prior to our flight the next day early morning. Staff at the hotel were really helpful. The hotel was very clean and basic facilities were provided, including a nice breakfast.

No ac in bedroom; got keep door open to living room or else it gets hot. Of course this only a problem during hot summer season

Indeed superb option after arrival and before departure from Dalaman airport, pristinely clean and with great willing staff. Delicious breakfast, good point to start exploring Dalaman region. Strongly recommend.

Great value room (mini apartment) close to the airport. Friendly helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Recommended a cosy little restaurant a block away for a late evening meal as our flight arrived after 9pm. This hotel is perfect if you have unsocial arrival or departure times at Dalaman Airport and need somewhere for an overnight stay.

The staff, we came from Ireland and honestly they were the friendliest most helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough. The rooms are more like little apartment which was great and every day was cleaned. It was air con and fresh towels couldn’t recommend enough.
