The rooms were quite spacious. The suite room with balcony was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Emre and Mazlum made our stay comfortable. Extremely friendly and accommodated all our request. Loved having chats with them whilst entering and leaving the hotel.

The view was amazing from our suite. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. But the best part were the staff running the place. The were few of the best people I met in Turkey, hands down! Just because of them, I'm going to re-visit this hotel. Special shout out to Emre at the reciptiton for being a gem host.

I stayed with my parents at KA Hotel & Suites. I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the cleaning of the place. Mazlum and Emre made us feel at home. Thanks to them we tried the traditional turkish coffee and tea :). It was really a pleasure to met them and stay in this hotel close to the historic attractions.

Amazing service provided by the staff member, very helpful and professional. I am pregnant and travelled with my mom, we had some extra wishes and requests, which were always met with kindness and help. The interior was very nice, new, clean,towels exchanged. We were very satisfied.

We are so glad we ended our stay at Istanbul with such a great stay. This is one of the happiest reviews I’ll write for our trip in Turkey. The people here are the stars of the stay! They are super sweet, kind and are always ready to help you out. They constantly offer you tea, coffee and water for free and make sure you are refreshed at all times. They even upgraded us to a higher floor on arrival. They helped us pick restaurants, liquor shops, laundry and so many other spots whenever we had queries about things. Such helpful people! Rooms are clean and restocked and they clean it up every day as well. Umbrellas are also available in case you want to step out during an unexpected rain which we had to face. Very very clean lobby space. What a beautiful way for us to leave Turkey. This will be on our return list for sure!

Staff seemed like he did not know of Arasta Bazaar when we asked how to get there. Perhaps it was a miscomm on our part. No problem as we used google map to get us to the place.

Though it was only a night's stay, it was a superb one. Staff was attentive and assisted us as required. Hotel facilities were good and our room was comfortable and equipped to our liking. Location wise was also good - though it took us about 15 minutes to walk to our targeted destination, it was actually a good walk as we got to see beautiful old istanbul buildings, visit local shops, take in the sights with our phone cameras, walk pass local Turks and meet the ever famous Istanbul street cats! The cats were friendly and looked quite content and well fed! One of the best parts of staying at the hotel was that the staff could quickly help us get transport from and to the airport.

The pillows and the sheets could be softer and more comfortable.
