My family and I had an amazing experience at IVY Cappadocia. Murat was very attentive, he reached out to me and helped me and my family with all our needs. He got us a good price on the balloon ride, car rental, and transfer to and from the airport and told us all the best places to visit, he was very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious, Murat makes a bread which is his family recipe and it's amazing. The hotel terrace is a great place to watch the balloons in the morning too. I definitely recommend this place 100% Thank you Murat.

Everything. The hotel is in a very quiet location with easy parking if you come with a car. It’s quiet but still in short walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The room was big and nice and very clean. We were served a big breakfast every morning. Murat the owner was super friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. An 11 out of ten if we could give this. We would definitely come again.

We like everything about this hotel. The hotel owner, Mr. Mirat is super nice and service mind. He help us booking tours and recommended many place to travel. The breakfast is very delicious. The accommodation is clean, the water system is good. The area is very quiet, suitable for relaxing. My family loves this place so much.

The family-owned property makes guests feel like at home. The location is great - close to the town center and quiet, only a short walk to the restaurants and grocery stores. The room is bright, airy, clean, and spacious. I booked two rooms: a deluxe room and a standard double room. The deluxe room is an end unit and, is more spacious and has a better view. The breakfast is excellent. You can see hot air balloons from rooms and the terrace. The owner and staff work hard to make guests happy and enjoy their stay. The owner can arrange airport transfers, tours, and hot air balloon rides for you.

Loved everything about this property. Murat is an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed! From making all the bookings to anything we needed was taken care of. The breakfast was also amazing and the location was great. Only a 3 minute walk into the centre.

Perfect service level, very hospitalary without being overwhelming. Breakfast was delicious and huge with a variety of options. The terrace was always open so you can walk up at 5am and see the balloons from there passing over your head.

Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. So kind and looked after us so well, always asking If we needed something in the room and were ok. Hosts are also connected with a ballon company and gave us a discount with a very good pilot with more than 10+ years experience. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and healthy. Family run hotel. Very close to town so easy to walk too. Terrace to watch balloons and also a lookout 2min walk from the hotel.

Great location, breakfast, and an amazing staff which is family run. Terrace view is fantastic as it is very close to where the hot air balloons are launched. We were treated as if we were part of their family and helped us with all the airport transfer, balloon ride, and tours upon our arrival.

This hotel is family run. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Location is great and is walking distance to center of town and great restaurants. Convenient to get to the main sites. Breakfast spread is amazing. They put a lot of effort to make sure guest is happy. Would definitely stay here again. Room is very new, clean, and comfortable. Wifi is strong. They have heater/air-conditioner. Water pressure is great.

The only thing we felt a bit uncomfortable was that the toilet lid did not stand on its own and we had to support it with our backs.

The most recommended part is their hospitality services. The owner is a pilot of balloon, so he knows very well about when is the best time to fly and he explained the cost of each company. Thanks to him, we could ride a balloon for a cheaper price than usual. We had a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop with a nice view (inside). The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. If we have an opportunity to visit Cappadocia, we definitely choose IVY Cappadocia again.

We are incredibly glad that we chose this place. It has a magnificent view, location, and most importantly - the highest level of hospitality and service (and the cutest French bulldog in the backyard!). When you come here, you don’t just rent a very cozy and beautiful room, but you get an honest and sincere host who honestly answered all our questions, helped plan our trip, told about the various options for hot air balloon flights and showed routes to local attractions. Murat, thank you and your family for the highest level of service and attentiveness to your guests, which I have rarely encountered in other of my travels in different countries, and for the incredible emotions for me and my gurlfriend. I will recommend all my friends to stay in Cappadocia in your hotel.

It was all fantastic.

Our stay at Ivy Cappadocia was the absolute highlight of our trip to Turkey. The spacious and comfortable room, along with Murad's economical car rental arrangement, made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The breathtaking view of numerous hot air balloons from the terrace, coupled with the option of a balloon ride with Murad, created unforgettable memories. Murad's wife's incredible breakfast on the terrace made us feel like part of the family, and we cherished every moment of our stay. We can't wait to return to Ivy Cappadocia.

Nothing. Maybe it's not as central as other hotel, but we're talking about a 5 minutes walk to Göreme city centre.

Perfect two nights spent at IVY Cappadocia. It is a family-run B&B and this makes a lot. The few rooms are nicely furnished, large, and clean. The hotel itself was recently refurbished, featuring a huge terrace, which is a real gem. From there, you can watch the air-baloons without having to climb a hill nearby (that's gold if they fly only at sunrise, as they do in late September). The couple running the hotel is super kind. She prepares a 10 out of 10 breakfast, while he is really informed about everything you can do in Cappadocia. As we're hardcore hikers, we didn't book any experience, but his availability was really appreciated. Go to IVY man!

Really nice and new. The hosts/family are amazing. Super helpful and really friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! There is also a stunning view of the sunrise and balloons from their roof, which is where you eat your breakfast. Amazing!

This is just a note, it was ok for us but there were no shelves in the closet.

I couldn't even imagine how cool this hotel is! The location is absolutely the best - close to the center and all the attractions, but without noise and huge amount of cars comparing to the opposite side of the Goreme. Right from the terrace and from the windows in the room you can see balloons and it is something fairy tail. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and nice served. Everything was totally clean, no problems with hot water, bed is comfortable. We were with baby and were allowed to play on the backyard with the prettiest Sherbet and toys. And last but not the least - owners of the hotel - they are so nice and so helpful that you feel like at home with friends. Thank you so much! I definitely will advice this hotel to my family and friends and hope we will come here again to visit Cappadocia.

Excellent location. The room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very complete, served by the owners. Murat, the owner, was very good, helpful and attentive. He helped us to get a place on the balloon flight, a typical activity in the city. I recommend the place 100%, you won't regret it.
