This time i get the room, where looks like walls made from paper 🤦‍♂️ I heard everything what is doing my neighbour, like he would be living in my room 🫣 And i feel when neighbours smoke, and feel it badly. It should be non smoking rooms in all block. I think they should separate the smoking and non smoking block.

We liked the room; it was comfortable, and you could normally move. The breakfast was perfect every day; there was something new. The room was cleaned daily. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

It’s not bad at all. However it’s not super clean. Bathrooms need exhaust and first day we smelt Cigarettes in room. It’s common smoking in Turkey.

Good place for family. Could be better. But good overall. Friendly staff, very polite and helpful. Good facilities. Breakfast is basic, however it’s not that bad. Bit outside city centre. About 30min by tram. 7 min walk to Mehmet Akif tram who’s takes you to Sultanahmed, Grand Bazaar, Yusufpasa and Eminninu.

The personal is very abusive. I booked a dinner without alcohol, and the enxt day they wanted me to pay 30 euros extras, crazy man shouted at me, saying he is gonna call the police. Of course I did not pay that. And also, they did not say the mini bar was extra, so I just drank water, nothing more and they made me pay 400 liras. Abuse!!!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was below par; the entire space including the wardrobe and bedside tables were dusty. Our room, which was meant for four, had only one glass, and to make matters worse, we had no hot water on the second day of our stay. The so-called balcony was another letdown with no view, just a wall, and it bizarrely had snails on it, despite us being on the third floor. Additionally, the balcony door was broken, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were equally disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and there was a persistent moldy smell in both the hamam and the sauna. The massage rooms were also very cold, which detracted from the experience. Most concerning of all was the issue with my wallet. I noticed money was missing after leaving it in a locker at the spa. Although the staff showed me security footage and nothing suspicious appeared, it was the only place my wallet was left unattended. Lastly, parking was another hassle, only available after 7 PM. I cannot recommend this hotel given these numerous and varied issues.

This is definitely not a 9+ hotel. I fall victim to the quality images in Booking. The hotel is actually small, the elevator is small and it is as a whole not a 4-star hotel. I booked 5 large rooms, but they tried to fix us in economy. The moment I insisted that there is a mistake, they switched us to the correct. It felt like they were checking if we are easily scammed and decided we are not. Also there is not really parking to the hotel. Just places outside and 0 assistance from their side. This is definitely not a 9+ hotel!

This hotel is not worth a 4 stars rating. Room service is a disaster, not clean, and the pillows are not comfortable at all!! Room 211 was literally a disaster. Whenever you take a shower, the shower room leaks!!

The location is very good for a work trip since it is not far from merter wholesale market. The staff at reception where helpful and kind.

The property has no parking spots even if it’s saying on booking, they don’t so have to find a place by yourself. The pool it’s open between 5pm and 10pm and the water is very very cold. We couldn’t eat anything from breakfast due tu poor condition of food: eggs already boiled and cracked and had literally just 2-3 eggs so you had to wait/ask for if you want any. no vegetables, just some old apples and also we found humans hair in the bread. The room even if it has a balcony is not a real balcony because as soon as you opened the door, there is a big wall in front of you. The bathroom had poor light and had mold and rust almost everywhere. Unfortunately that’s a no.

Not much to like, the property is very far to the city. Basically add another 50 minutes to get in place.
