Like I said the exterior could use some renovation, but it doesn't impact your stay.

Someone commented that the pension's outside does not portray how lovely it is inside, so don't be put off when driving up. It is a great value for money: clean; nice decor; good breakfast with a view.

It’s a shame that the highway is so close but it is not loud inside the rooms and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

We liked everything

This one of the best places we stayed at in Turkey. Cozy is the word: it is a very lovely, family owned boutique hotel between çanakkale and troy, making it very easy to reach both places by car. There is a fantastic view directly on the strait of dardanelles. The owner and family are very lovely and offer a homemade dinner and massive turkish breakfast (with eggs) and while in a convenient place, it’s out of the most touristy areas. Fair warning: you’ll need a car to reach it.

We liked everything

This boutique inn was very pretty and we were made to feel very welcome even though our arrival time was late. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had lovely tea selections with hot pitcher. Our room had a patio with table and chairs that overlooked the water. We had dinner here and also breakfast. They were both delicious and plentiful. The host even did a load of wash for us. These are wonderful people.

Rooms are simple, a road with heavy traffic is nearby, the neighbourhood is not interesting and you can hear your neighbours in the other rooms quite well. But the atmosphere makes you don’t see these things

This is a very characteristic hotel / pension. You will love it, although there are some drawbacks. But everything is covered by the warm hospitality of the family who runs the place. The view is good, the whole atmosphere warm. Food is abundant and very good, both dinner and breakfast and there is always a friendly smile and welcome. You will really feel at home here.

The hotel is just perfect - location, service, rooms, food, everithing... Outside it doesnt look as good as it really is inside. The rooms are clean and with a specific atmosphere. We wii certainly visit it again.

Comfortable bed. Great view! This hotel is owned by a very nice local family. They have a great restaurant on site! You are not required to eat there, but they do give you a discount, and the local food is out of this world! Try the sea beans on your mettze plate if they have them! Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we will return!

Unique place. Unique people with big hearts. Unique cuisine. The view is incredible. The attitude is perfect. I strongly recommend for people looking for peace, attitude and good food. Be healthy and happy.

Being a lite sleeper and also sleeping with the door open the traffic from the road below was a bit noisy. If you close the door I am sure it will not be a distraction. A mini fridge could be a nice addition to the room
