There was nothing about this hotel I didn't like, I'll just put some extra information here instead. There is no elevator in this hotel so to get to the top level for breakfast you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and for the pool area down 1 flight of stairs. This was not a problem for us but anyone with reduced mobility may struggle if an elevator is needed. There is a spa at this hotel also and the one thing I would have loved was to be able to access the spa as hotel residents, just the sauna even, for no extra cost. I can fully understand paying for treatments (I thought €50 for 30 minute private Hammam, €100 per couple for 30 minutes, was a little expensive but I don't know the going rate for this treatment so I'm not sure if this is a good or bad price). I was hoping to be able to do the sauna at least once whilst we were staying but this cost was extra and normally accessing a sauna in the hotel is free. This is so minor I would not consider it a problem it's just the way it's set up, I wouldn't see it as a negative either just something to note if you want to use the spa whilst you stay at this hotel.

The staff in this hotel are exceptional, they are very friendly, helpful and caring, especially Zeyne you made us feel very welcome. We stayed in one of the suites and the room was very spacious with good air conditioning that stayed on whilst we were not in the room. We stayed here in the summer so it was nice to come back to somewhere cold after being outside in the hot weather all day. The indoor pool area was also a nice place to go in the evening time to cool off. This hotel is also in a great location, just a very short walk, maybe 3/4 minutes and you are in the centre where all the restaurants and shops are located. I would also highly recommend Tuma restaurant for dinner the food and views were amazing ! After walking around Göreme I appreciated the location of this hotel even more as there was no need to walk up and down steep hills everyday when going out for dinner. The staff at the hotel were also able to organise the hot air balloon tour/ATV tour/green and red tours with no hassle. The breakfast at the hotel was good also, it had typical Turkish breakfast options and a lot of tasty baked goods and fresh fruit. On 2 occasions there was a live breakfast counter outside on the outdoor terrace and we got freshly made omelettes and a potato bread with cheese. I would stay here again !

The only thing they need to change is the shower curtain / shower tray and the floor always got very wet.

The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, with all restaurants and shops a couple minutes walk away. The pool and terrace are very nice. My room was spacious and clean.

Too many chemicals in the pool, the pool is fully covered, although it looked a bit different in the photos, we were hoping for a sunbathing opportunity.

Good place, cosy and authentic decorated rooms and lobby, wonderful terrace, rich and tasty breakfast. The administrator Ela was exreemly nice and helpful, she offered lovely places for dinner and luch, also helped to book ant amazing hot air balionu trip.

Everything was just amazing. The location was absolutely great. Walking distance from all the main cafes/restaurants. The staff were brilliant and had great knowledge about the area and were helpful in booking tours and private vehicles. Rooms were good, bathroom was tiny but for those many days cannot complain.

I recently stayed at Heybe Hotel with a group of friends, and we all had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable. Its excellent position allowed us to easily access local attractions. The highlight was the wonderfully delicious breakfast each morning, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that we all enjoyed. I highly recommend Heybe for anyone visiting the area, whether you're traveling solo or with a group.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as we wanted due to the cold water. But this wasn't a problem for us

We really appreciated the location of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. They were always ready to help us and answer our questions. I would like to thank very much the girl who worked in the afternoon . She was really sweet to us and she always smiled at us. I forgot my jacket on our transfer from the airport to the hotel and she immediately called to find it.

The Only thing I didn’t like is that the Breakfast didn’t have Food tags always had to wait for someone to ask what is in the dish

The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Housekeeping was thorough, and Zeynep was particularly helpful The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We arrived well before Checkin and were promptly greeted by friendly Zeynep she provided a map of the town and explained the amenities available. in arranging tours and making sure our Room was prompt and courteous.

Our stay was perfect. The room very comfortable, big cozy bed and good water pressure. Perfect after a long day of walking. The hotel manger is sooooo nice, he recommended two great tours for us to make most of our stay and visit the best attractions. We were very lucky our balloon flight was not cancelled, but he was really on top of it in case it happen. Breakfast was delicious, lots of Turkish options A great option and we will definitely return

Everything was amazing. Staff is friendly and welcoming, they helped us out with everything we needed (taxis, luggage, etc.), offered suggestions, tours, and even set up a fireplace and Turkish tea while we were hanging out in the hotel’s common areas. Since our flight was very early they gave us some breakfast to take with us. Really one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and has great places to hang out including a swimming pool to relax at night.
