Unusable balcony as no shade. Photos showed an umbrella but we were denied the use of one. We were told they were old photos, and for wind reasons, but there was no wind. Also, there was a quite threatening laminated demand for no food and drink from outside the hotel to be taken to rooms, only that purchased at the hotel. The demand stated that if anything purchased externally was found to be consumed in the room we would be charged hotel prices for this! We were never thinking to buy externally and take every meal to our room, but this felt very authoritarian.

Staff amazing, hotel goes above and beyond (towelling dressing gowns, shampoo every day etc). Food at the hotel good too. 15 min walk into the centre or £4 taxi which arrives within minutes and operate 24/7. Lovely sea view room and king size bed! Huge 50m pool and lovely comfortable sun beds. Can’t really fault our stay! Hassan in particular goes above and beyond.

There was no lift and had to go up a lot of steps to room. Air conditioning was not on and no fan available. No gluten free option for breakfast had to bring my own bread. Dated decor and not allowed to eat your own food in the room. Located far out of town need a car to get there

Disappointed with my end bill. I was charged £140 for the airport transfer, where it clearly stated on the advert "Airport Shuttle" as a popular facilities . I doesn't say this is chargeable, spoilt the holiday.

I wish we would of had the room with open slats balcony instead of a solid wall balcony.

What a sweet hotel... It is a bit dated around the edges, but like a good bottle of wine, it gets better with age. It is super clean. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is plentiful, and the views are spectacular. Closely located to the local beach as well as numerous restaurants in town. We will definitely stay here again when back in Kalkan.

- The hotel is outdated and is in real need of a refit. -- For example there are 20+ year old kids baths for the shower section (Some of the British guests have been coming to the hotel this long) -- Old fashioned wallpaper in the bathroom and bedroom just about clinging on -- The main light switches are no longer connected to anything, they've put a load of lamps in but not removed the switches

Rooms were a little dated. You need a car if you want to go into downtown Kalkan.

The pool and bar area were beautiful, amazing views and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. We were only there one night but we could have spent many day there. The balcony was large and inviting.

We loved the big rooms, pool, staff friendly, decent breakfast, and value for money. Short walk to Kalkan beach club which was an amazing beach, had to pay for umbrella but worth it !!
