The location is also perfect to enjoy Cappadocia, as the hill we can see the beautiful sunset, sunrise and air balloons, and night view is located just 5 minutes walk from here.

Park is big but not reserved for the hotel so it may happen that you cannot find place for your car. Towels haven't been changed during the 4 days we stayed there, bed hasn't been made either.

Nice staff and hotel, breakfast was quite varied but not many sweet options were given. Room and bathroom were really big. Great position for having dinner around and hanging out in Goreme.

Guzide was definitely the best pick for us at Goreme. Hustled so nicely away from the busy streets, but still easy enough to take a walk to the busy areas. It’s a very cozy, pretty property with some yummy breakfast. We spent a lot of time with some new born kittens there who had taken abode near our room. Huge thanks to Ali and team who were so sweet and helped us so much during our stay - from getting us a car last minute on our last day, letting us chill in the property till late evening after check out, offering us tea and coffee always, booking a hot air balloon experience at a much more affordable price, arrange n a much more affordable drop to the bus station and so much more. You can clearly see they do this with utmost sincerity and passion for their guests. Can’t wait to come back here! 😊

Rooms needed to be a bit cleaner.

Great location. Very nice breakfast. Booked airport transfers, balloon ride and green tour through the hotel. Was told that balloon tour would be 20 people or less, instead it was 31 people which was disappointing. Green tour was great. Room was not cleaned well upon arrival with dirty floor and bathroom. Requested cleaning which did not seem to help. Staff very nice and tried to be helpful, but some with very limited English.

Mr.Ali and Mr.Salih are very kind, special Ali, he guided us all travel spots including the distance and direction for spots each other, meanwhile for balloons information, because of bad weather for two days before our arrival, he also gave us some suggestions although failing getting flights during our three nights. Salih helped us to take our heavy luggage to our room because of our very weary arrival of 23:00 and handling cleaning rubbish barges next day because of some missing housekeeping. The variety of breakfast is praised. The position is very good and thus we can see the fights of balloons on the roof,which gave us very good impression .

Firstly, and this is NOT a criticism - the hotel is near the top of a steep hill and although there are a few small shops and some very good eating places up there, you HAVE to go down hill for money etc. This makes the hotel unsuitable for less able bodied or older, less fit people with limited mobility unless you have a car or are prepared to use taxis. In our room there were a few small niggles which if they had been sorted out would have allowed me to give the hotel a perfect score but none of them caused me major problems. There was a leak of clean water from the rear of the toilet after the flush was pulled, the shower door wouldn't stay closed properly soaking the floor, the small shower head wouldn't stay up in the holder and had to be hand held and the push flush panel on the toilet was damaged so only a full flush of water could be used and not the lesser, water saving flush. And finally - although I'm not sure what could be done about it, I couldn't hang anything up as I couldn't reach the hanging rail in the wardrobe and I'm short but not that short!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and was extremely comfortable with lashing of hot water and loads of clean, fresh towels, a heated towel rail and underfloor heating (which was a bonus as it rained when we were there), a kettle and refreshment tray which was topped up as often as you desired and comfortable seating. A fridge was also supplied and toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was huge with both a rainfall head in the ceiling and a smaller shower head. The room was really quite spacious and there were enough electrical sockets for everything we wanted. There was also air conditioning and a TV set although we didn't use this. The room had been sympathetically created reminding us that it was very much built into the hillside and the decor was more traditional Turkish including wooden shutters on the windows than modern but this suited the place perfectly. Our room was on the ground floor with only one step up into it and there was seating immediately outside if you wanted to sit out early enough and watch the hot air balloons go up. We don't eat breakfast so can only comment on what we saw which was a comprehensive selection of foods in the usual Turkish buffet breakfast style and you can eat whatever you want inside or out depending on the weather. Hot eggs in any variation were also cooked to order and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Even though we didn't eat breakfast the staff were happy for us to take fruit or hard boiled eggs for later if we wanted. There were terraces and raised areas where sofas, swings, tables and chairs made comfortable (and in some cases shaded) gathering areas and these gave fantastic views. The gardens were beautiful and it's obvious that care has gone into making this place as welcoming as possible. The owners and staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful and they try to make your holiday perfect.

The owners were very welcoming and accomodating! We really enjoyed our stay and were treated like family. The breakfast spread was very big and there was always fresh tea and coffee throughout the whole day. The views from the terrace were lovely and the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the bed very comfortable. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel!

The hotel location is fantastic and you can see the hot air balloons in the morning very closely from the terrace. The hotel itself is very nice and we liked it and our room very much.The staff are the best, we felt like we were among family. Big thanks for both Guzin and Ali for their hospitality and taking care of us Also if you need help with booking trips or activities including the balloons you can contact Ali directly. The breakfast was good as well and the ladies serving it were friendly.

Really nice accommodation, truly friendly people who wanted to facilitate our visit from the first day. Excellent breakfast, we checked out at 05.00am and they were willing to make us breakfast at that time even if we kindly rejected that. To compensate that, the nice lady send us a big plate of season fruits our last night. Totally recommend it! Worth every penny.

We are not the sort of people who expect our room to be serviced daily and we told the staff that. We were there for 6 nights. On day 4 I asked for the room to be serviced. Towels and complimentary water replenished, but the bed linen wasn't changed and the bathroom wasn't cleaned / spruced up. I didn't complain but it was a bit disappointing.

Well situated hotel which is central to everything in Goreme. Our room was traditional, basic, with a decent shower room. Complementary kettle, tea/coffee and toiletries provided. The best thing at this hotel is the breakfast (what a spread), follower closely by the fantastic small team off staff who go out of their way to please.

Very nice hosts: waited for our arrival, were always happy to help, provided a lot of information about sightseens, helped to book horseriding tour. The hotel is not very new; but comfortable: end of March were cold outside, but great heating system in the room were very helpful. All the necessary ammendities are there, breakfast is simple but also good. Nice view on the flying baloons in the morning from the roof.
