Absolutely loved our stay in Istanbul. We were welcomed by our host Bruno, he was so friendly and provided us with turkish coffee on the rooftop, in addition to providing the best recommendations for food and sightseeing. He made us feel so so welcome. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and a great size. The hotel is based in a fabulous location and we were able to walk to all of the local attractions. Thank you and highly recommend.

Can't fault it at all!

Very clean and good size room in great location. The host Bruno was very responsive and helpful. Let us leave our luggage for a few days whilst we travelled further inland. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel free of charge. Bruno let us check in to the room early. All of which made our stay very comfortable and like being at home.The roof top was great for sitting in the AM or evening.

Stayed in the apartment with sea views. Was a really nice light and airy apartment with beautiful big windows and comfortable furnishings. Small kitchenette where we could prepare breakfast and light meals. Terrace has fantastic views. Owners were friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in the center of the old city, very clean, air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. Bako and all the hotel staff are very friendly and do everything they can to provide assistance to the guests, and they have all thanks and appreciation. A minor thing is that the hotel does not have an elevator, but it is minor, as there is always a hotel staff who offers a helping hand to deal with luggage. Recommended, and sure will be back again on my next trip

We had a guest come in at night that was very loud and scared us (it sounded like they were coming into our room and we are 2 single girls). It was all okay, but we told the boys a heads up would have been nice. They were very receptive to our feedback!

Bruno and Bako (brothers who own the hotel) were super great, welcomed us with Turkish coffee on the terrace, and provided any recommendations we needed (coffee places, breakfast, transportation questions). They truly want their guests to have a good time and are happy to join if invited! They ended up joining us for a day trip to Princes' Island and were a fun addition. 10/10 recommend, good location within walking distance to everything too.

This was one of my favourite places that I’ve stayed. Everyone was nice. The room was clean and had everything needed. The terrace has great views and is a great social spot where you can meet other guests. The area is amazing also. I would highly recommend!

Toilet bowl flush keeps leaking. It goes through small streets, can be a bit dodgy at night.

Stayed 4 nights, our rooms were clean and comfortable. Lovely to have aircon in 35+ degrees and we made full use of the terrace. The hosts were super helpful, great English and very quick to respond to any questions. Bako's advice to make sure we didn't overpay/get scammed was much appreciated. We walked to most attractions as the location is so central. Would certainly stay here again ;-)

I loved the location of this little hotel. Close to shops, transport and restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff, Bruno and Bako. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax, and enjoy an amazing view. Good vibes all round.

Nothing! Maybe if you are looking for a place to cook this is not for you, since there is no kitchen in the apartment. But we did not mind, there are a lot of restaurants nearby!

There isn't much to dislike about Green Life Apart Hotel. However, two errors on the listing page should be corrected if they aren't already: 1) there is no breakfast available at the hotel, although there are several cafes that serve breakfast very close by & 2) there isn't a daily maid service.

This quaint hotel in the historical center of Istanbul is a real treat! It's set in a quiet neighborhood & yet is only blocks away from the major sites. The room was clean clean clean! & spacious enough. Modern upgrades to this older building were thoughtfully done. The common rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the Sea of Marmara & a fun interaction with the ever-present seagulls. I found the gulls entertaining & the terrace a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing! The two brothers who run the inn are warm, welcoming, & completely accommodating. Overall, I found Green Life Apart Hotel to be charming & a wise choice within the busyness that is Istanbul.

No elevator.

Check in was very easy. The Host is very nice and i enjoyed coffee with him twice on the Tarrase. Room big and Clean, has everything you need. Even Washingmashine if needed Very good location. 10 min walking to reach most of the Attractions in Isatbul center
