We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were super friendly and helpful for all our needs. Breakfast options were good and it was nice to have the option of the omelet in the morning.

Czech RepublicThere were too many cats harassing you at breakfast, and birds started building a nest on the balcony. There were also cow aromas from neighboring houses. Nothing to really bother us, just a bit too much nature to our liking :D
It was a very pleasant stay! We felt very welcome from the beginning, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (booked activities, provided water, etc.) Breakfast was quite diverse, and the pool was very refreshing after a hot day. The terrace is a great hang-out spot, and the AC in the room was working very well!

Authentic hotel with the best views of the hot air balloons of Cappadocia. Great location also for all activities in the region. We felt very welcome and that we experienced the real Cappadocian experience. Very welcoming and helpful staff, they organised great trips and airport transfers for us. And they have cute spaniel cocker doggies.

Really loved the hotel.The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Shower working fine. Great view in the rooftop. Walkable from the city center. My daughters loved the place so much. Fatima, the lady in the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was patient in answering all our inquiries and requests. She made sure that we’ll be able to have great time and recommends the tour packages that would fit in our IT. Cappadocia is so beautiful and the people were also warm and friendly. Wish we could go back

QatarFor a family of 4, only 1 water bottle given each day to drink that is not sufficient and extra required is by paying money. This is not expectable when you are paying hefty amount to stay in a hotel. Shops were not that nearby to carry water or other food items conveniently all the time. Swimming pool was having no water. Some dogs were roaming freely that is part of Turkish culture but not everyone likes dogs roaming and lying here and there in the hotel. Staff who carried my luggage to the room was kind of rude and while taking my luggage to the room, expected me to lift the remaining suit cases , although it is hotel staff responsibility to drop stuff to the room and take it back at the time of departure. For the Airport taxi pickup and dropoff , hotel use over priced third party service that charged 15Euros per person. Although in the market everyone was charging 10Euros per person. Next time i shall arrange my own airport pickup and drop-off as now i know the companies and collected the contacts.
Location of the hotel is the main attraction as from the rooftop the hot air balloons are visible all around. Breakfast was decent with good variety of food and plenty of seating arrangement. Room was double story, well equiped with TV, Wifi and bathrooms were sanitized. private balcony was good as well although was facing the farm kind of environment nearby so animal smell was coming. Loved the walks from the hotel to the market and caves and view point etc. Everything is nearby. Overall staff was nice.
