almost nothing. if i can say, i don’t like the fact that car cannot drop us in front of the hotel entrance. but almost everywhere is like that in Cappadocia cave hotels

i love the hospitality from the hotel team. and i love the view while enjoying breakfast up on its terrace, delicious and well presented breakfast and lovely coffee by a staff named Jum’ah. clean,spacious rooms, big bathroom complete with amenities. Cleanliness: unfortunately in time of our visit wasn't great. There was too much dust in the whole facility. It is true that at the time of our visit to Goreme they were reconstructing the street but the staff of the hotel could do more.

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and they gave the best of themselves to host us. The location is great, 2 min from downtown Goreme. The breakfast was great.

Great location. The roof was a great spot to watch the hot-air balloons. Staff were very friendly and polite, especially Erol and Juma. They helped us out to bring our luggage to the room, and they were both very helpful.

The room felt dusty. I could smell and taste dust. Mind you the whole town is full of dust, and I have read that most hotels smell musty. This may not be hotel's fault.

The best breakfast I've ever had. The staff is amazing, and the chef is great. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The best part of our stay. The hotel was quiet and close to everything. The dog was also awesome.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner.

The suites were beautiful, heaters are provided as it was snowing when we arrived. Close to restaurants and sights, getting around was very easy. The breakfast was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The air-conditioning system in the room was not the best. It takes time to warm up the place. There was times that we felt cold. Jacuzzi was very loud but functional There was no enough soap for your shower and also for the jacuzzi and we have to bought from the market. I am writing this because when you pay more for the room with the jacuzzi it supposed to be included.

Breakfast guy was very very polite, smiley and friendly. Stone room was okay Terrace with view for late night tea with your friends was a bonus Overall experience was satisfying

Hotel staff helps a lot, despite there is language barrier. But still we got the information we need. It would be nice if there is a brighter light in room, currently, the light create a good atmosphere, but hard to find stuff. The breakfasts were good. Melissa, the hotel dog, is cute. She followed us to everywhere on the second day of here. She even followed us for 2 hours+ walk, leave when we had dinner. She also followed us to the bus station and stayed until we left this place. A very cute dog.

1. problem with safe box and the staff tried to fix it and didn’t success but still didn’t find us a solution and we had to carry with us our passports and money , and they said we will fix it after you go 😑 2. we spent two nights there and they didn’t clean our room

The staff at Goreme Palace Suites was incredible. From helping us with airport transfers, providing restauratn and activity recommendations, and even joining us in the lounge for a game of Uno. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, located just a few minutes walk off the main street of Goreme. Many great restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. Only a 25 minute walk to Goreme Open Air Museum and roughly a 45 minute walk through Pigeon Valley to Uchisar Castle. Highly recommend Topdeck Cave Restaurant just a few minutes walk from Goreme Palace Suites for some great Turkish food in a really cool setting. Try the aside for a delicious authentic dessert.

Mold in the bathroom - health hazard by American standards. But we closed the door to the bathroom. The tour from the hotel (being offered) is 50 euro. The same tour from a tour agency on the street 40 euro. Goreme is such a beautiful and unique town. But it needs cleaning. I wish all small owners got together and cleaned up abandoned properties.

I liked the breakfast and the view from the terrace. T I emailed them and they booked an airport transfer for me, so I didn't have to do it myself. We also communicated via WhatsApp. We got a bigger room with two separate beds and there was enough space and the room was comfy, clean, quiet and unique. Got a chance to see one of their smaller rooms and it wasn't that good.
