Smoking in the hotel rooms - the whole floor smelled like smoke (although we asked to change rooms and they did this within 5 minutes!) It’s not really made for families although we rented two rooms at a reasonable price

The property is amazingly situated right next to the forum mall. Literally so accessible. Only 15 minutes drive from Marina. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection although nothing special The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of - I’m not sure of the staff’s names in particular but two men who worked at the front were so good! So helpful! They provided good sized cot beds

Everyone smokes everywhere. If you don’t like smoke, avoid this hotel. Very very loud neighborhood until 4am, daily party below the hotel. Not family friendly. Doors and walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests from other rooms and floors.

Female Receptionst not welcoming at all , i asked for two room key cards they only provide one ! i asked for extra bathtowel next day , they told us you are already have two while we were 3 person. Very poor breakfast.

The location of the hotel beside forum mall, the manager of the night club Mr. Okan is very nice guy, all the team down in the club provide good service.

Sleeping was continuously disturbed by the night club under the hotel, that was incredibly noisy till the morning. People around the hotel and some guests were careless about others in the area.

Location is very good. It's 3 minutes walk from Forum Mall and 5-7 minutes walk from promenade (ocean). No need for airport shuttle as Havala bus station is 3-5 minute walk from the Hotel (near Forum). There are many small cafes around.

We arrived Tired & Hot from our Flights & Transfers. Our Reservation was for a Twin but we were offered a Double Room. We had The Inconvenience of having to wait for over half an hour while are room was prepared. The Twin Room we were finally given was adequate but a little Cramped and Small for Two People. Overall we had a Pleasant Stay and would Stay again, providing we stayed in a Larger Room.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. A Good Breakfast is served in The Teras Restaurant.

First of all, we received the room for smoking people and the smell was awful. We kept the window open for whole night, also because the lowest temperature of the conditioner was 25 degrees Celsius (same problem in another room where our friends stood). Open window brings the noise from the street, especially barking dogs and very loud misic from the cars (crazy habit!). Disposable slippers had spots, looks like they were washed after previous visitors. We threw them out. One of two bedside lamps doesn't work. For two people we had only one gown, shaving kit, teeth kit, shower cap... No rack to hang on big towels. You have to wait for the hot water in the bathroom for ... I don't know how long because we couldn't wait too much and must use cold water. Shame for the 'luxury' level.

The hotel itself pretends to be rich and expensive. The location is good, 7 minutes walking to the embankment. Hotel parking is nearby the building - very convenient. The breakfast is good, however the guy has prepared capuccino instead of americano. Wi-fi works good. Room of Lux class is very big.

The water in the sink didn’t run quickly, if left running for a minute could flood the room

The room was nice, huge bed, quite soft mattress, you can open the window which is also a plus, the air conditioner worked fine although it was making quite some noise. The breakfast is nice but they don’t have coffee, you have to ask for it (and it will be Nescafé), I saw other people got some water and omelettes so I guess you can ask for it too. The gym exists, but not so much equipment and very stuffy there, also not very convenient working hours (12-21)

This hotel was clean and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very helpful. The location is in the centre of everything. The staff helped get us a taxi back to the airport. All prices were reasonable. Really enjoyed myself.

There is a club on floor -1 and the sound proof is terrible. You can hear everything happening in the building. Water pipe, people closing door, walking up and down, shouting around the building. I am on the first floor so maybe upper will be better

Close to the coast and shuttle bus to adana airport (from mersin forum). The staff is super friendly and helpful.
