We booked a room because the place offered, according to its Booking description, a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and a free one to Mount Nemrut. Both turned out in the range of 50-60 USD, and it even took three days to reach the staff in order to learn that while trying to arrange the transfer. Their comment was to call that a misunderstanding. I'm sure that many people willing to go to Nemrut chose the hotel for the same reasons. The room was poorly designed in ways you can't see from the picture. It was strange that a place so keen to avail itself of foreign tourists offered no "proper" coffee - meaning there was only a self-service Nescafé pot (I know this is commonplace in Turkey, but the specific touristy venue raises the expectations).

The breakfast was superb. The location, too. From the terrace one could enjoy a great view while having breakfast. Mount Nemrut was easily accessible within half an hour. The person who took us there was nice.

Service and mountains were great 👍 I did not like anything in this hotel. I think cleaning could have been better.

Mehmet, the manager, was amazing. Very helpful 👌 ☺️ Mehmet, Mustafa, 👨‍🍳 chef, helpers very kind and helpful 😀. Mountains surainding the hotel were spectacular. Grounds around the hotel were keeped well. There was no internet and no TV service.

I think the fact that when you are eating in the dinning area the cats are around you while you are eating. It's unpleasant and not hygienic. Lots of tourists where actually not happy about this. They should be outside

The people were wonderful and helpful. Location great. Foor plentiful, varied, aand delicious. Mr. Memet, the General Manager helped us enormously with transit to and from Mount Numrud and continuing our trip.

The plumbing could be improved. It was impossible to regulate the shower to a uniform temperature - either scalding hot of ice cold.

Personnel is not interested in customers, delivers a minimum service; e.g. at breakfast, tables were not clean & we had to clean one ourselves. The hotel isn't located where some GPS put it! it is 5km AFTER the village Karadut.

this is the closest hotel to the monument of Nemrut Dagi & if you want to see the sunrise, this is a good place as 20 minutes away! the rooms are very simple & small but clean. The swimming pool is good (with some sand) & has some sun chairs. The dinner is simple (if vegetarian, salad, mezze & rice!), as is the breakfast buffet. The view on the valley is splendid!

but no hot water in the morning before I left at 08.30 (it was coming). Also extremely difficult to get there when travelling by public transport especially as the hotel telephones were all down it would appear so I had to depend on the good will of bus drivers who have a deal going with the Pension on the same road as the hotel, they will come to collect you at the junction and then try to persuade you to cancel your booking and stay at their establishment.

Excellent dinner and breakfast and setting is perfect. Breakfast on the terrace surrounded by majestic mountains and the sun just heating up, whilst the food was delicious. The owner is also very charming.

So there is not much to say, maybe it was a bit to cold in the rooms in beginning of April. But warm air condition helped.

The place is really beautiful, the Mountain View is amazing and it’s really close to mount Nemrut and the other sightseeing sports. You should drive the valley tour up to the mountain. Dinner menu was easy but tasty and breakfast was also good.

Had to ask for the hot water to be turned on to shower. After a 9 hour 2-bus journey from Cappadocia plus a 2.5 hour drive arriving at 10pm, that was less than ideal when we planned to wake up for sunrise on Mt Nemrut. It was only sort-of hot, and the shower head mount was broken.

the location. There’s nothing nicer in the area. Checkout is at noon, so you can nap after going to Mt Nemrut at sunrise. There was a heat lamp in the room, which worked well.
