The internet in the room wasn't great always getting down, although close to the reception, worked really well. The bed mattress was too soft, it had a "hole" in the middle. Both situations were reported to the staff, and they immediately mentioned they would look into it.

The hotel is beautiful ad corresponded to the expectations. We had dinner at the restaurant, we picked Burack's suggestion and the food was very tasty.

The hotel is beautiful, nicely located at the top of a small valley with a lovely view. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had on a holiday only with local products and dishes freshly made in the morning for us. The staff is friendly and always happy to assist with any queries. The spa is beautiful, very clean and well organised.

Not only was the location and hotel beautiful, the rooms were stunning, the restaurant was quite good and the service was absolutely exceptional!

The phone in the room was not working to contact reception. There was a staff member on shift who was abit clueless and not a 5 star service. He booked the wrong activity for us too. We ended up having abit of an arguement with the staff about this and they didnt compensate anything. Meltem and Burak were very helpful

The corkage charge for guest staying at the hotel was exorbitant. They could perhaps review their charges and differentiate between guests staying at the suites and guests only dining at the restaurant.

Everything about ELIKA Cave suites exceeded our expectations. The rooms, the food, the staff were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area!

The hotel is amazing and very well designed. Our room was a real cave with a private jacuzzi and an amazing large bad! There was even an Italian machine for the coffee. The swimming pool is perfect and really clean. The breakfast is really lo luxurious and the staff is polite and available. There are also outside the hotel some really cute cats!

Room service could be little better.

The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Cappadocia’s tourist centre. Its ideal for couples on a honeymoon. It’s right next to the castle ruin. The food is great, the staff are nice and friendly.

My only complaint was some hair stuck in the drainage of the hot tub as it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned well. But we called and they came and cleaned it right away.

This hotel is a gem. Not only beautiful and unique, but absolute comfort. It could take you days to notice and appreciate all the details and how well everything is thought out. Staff is very helpful and friendly. All the food was amazing. Great taste, presentation, quality, and good prices. Would love to go back. Hands down best hotel I've ever been in.

We loved everything. The hotel location was absolutely perfect for us - it is just a few minutes from Göreme ( easy and inexpensive to go there by taxi ) Göreme is location wise way more busy, especially in the evening but also much louder and dustier air.

Outstanding hotel, every detail of the hotel had been designed with a lot of love and an eye for art including a world class Spa.. The staff is very friendly and super helpful - they helped to organize our trip in advance.

The water in the pool was freezing. The room was small and not the one we saw in the pictures when we made the booking, but we had all the facilities needed.

The location and the staff at the restaurant are great. Excelent breakfast. At night, the lights make you feel like you are in a turkish fairy tale. We were lucky to receive a room with very good view, there are not all the same. There are terraces all over the place, with relaxation areas. The location is so different from a regular hotel, it is like an old town center with room access directly from the street.

Cappodocia was hot and the rooms had no aircon.

Elika Hotel Rooms were amazing really like living in a cave but very modern. We had a pool in our room so that was special. Management went out of their way to make sandwiches for us as we arrived very late and we were a group of 28. Also we left very early and again gave us food for the road.
