Everything about hotel was amazing rooms are clean and comfortable they provide more things then other bigger hotels don’t have that have free shuttle service pick up and drop to taksim and it’s near to shopping mall just opposite to eat out you don’t need to far or take text it’s just opposite by walking and hotel’s restaurant has variety of food with reasonable price overall me and my kids loves it so much staff was amazing,helpful and kind They won’t my heart by generosity ❤️🇬🇧👍

The free shuttle to Taksin square. Locati9n was very vlose to shehir markez. Alot of shops and restaurants were nearby Rooms were clean and provided wiith adequate amenities

The Hotel is situated next to a mosque. Every morning at 06:00 the call to prayer is pretty loud in the room

My stay at the DoubleTree was fantastic! Esra was exceptional in addressing all my requests. The spa and massages were top-notch as well. Highly recommend this place!

Maybe the common areas were slightly small or felt so because the hotel gets very busy - like breakfast area, lobby, reception are busy

Very beautiful and modern hotel, good breakfast, room and bathroom were really good, close to a bus station, the shuttle service to Taksim square is quite useful to get to the metro/trains

We loved everything.

Room was great with a nice city view. Location was perfect. 10 mins drive to Taksim, we even walked all the way to Taksim once. Took us 25 minutes. But it is far enough from all the jammed areas. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant on the rooftop and it was so good.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the start. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space in the room. As a thoughtful touch, I was greeted with fresh fruit and complimentary bottled water upon arrival, which continued daily. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. As someone with gluten-free and lactose-free dietary needs, I was impressed that the staff went the extra mile to provide gluten-free bread, oat milk cappuccino, and the ability to customize my omelette. The free hourly shuttle service starting at 11:15 AM was a convenient perk, taking me to Taksim Square in just 10 minutes. This was a huge plus during my stay.

Clean and new Transfer to Taksim goes every 30 mins within the daytime Elsa from guest relations was very helpful At we thought the location is far, but there is a nice apartment area if you cross the street. It has many restaurants and a shopping mall

The breakfast was very basic with not much variety.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful especially guest relations manager Karya. They constantly check up on you to ensure that you are satisfied with the service. Sarva at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Very happy with the staff at the hotel.
