Wish they could help accommodate a slightly late check-out (specially since we stayed for 6 nights).

Divan Istanbul was an absolute delight to stay. Location was perfect !! Accommodation / Room was fabulous ! Room service experience was delightful! Breakfast was scrumptious ! The staff was super courteous - our Favourite was their Conceirge Manager - Mr. Berk (he asked me to remember him as ice berg ;)). Must must stay if you visit Istanbul. It's a 5 min walking distance from Taksim square and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend this place. My son enjoyed the Japanese restaurant & loved chatting with the super friendly Chefs who would pamper him.

One side of the Hotel is close to a night club so unfortunately over the weekend the noise over the night was unbearable but we changed the room and it was ok.

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, hotel breakfast/food was great. The location is great as it’s close to Taksim Square.

Beautiful hotel! Absolutely 5 stars. Everything is new, interesting interiors, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There is an abundance of food tomorrow. There is a spa and an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly. Thank you so much!

This is an outstanding hotel with a perfect location, right in the heart of the city center, just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. The on-site restaurants serve exceptional food, and the staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality and service. The level of care and attention here is far superior compared to other hotels. A special mention to Miss Merve at the reception—she is incredibly helpful, kind, and an absolute delight. Highly recommended!

When arrived at 5:20 pm the room was not prepared for 3 persons as asked and they told me to send someone to do it ,they didn,t add the extra bed before 9 when I asked them that I need to sleep

We were 3 in the room and every day I have to ask about clean mugs and tea even though I request daily in the morning from the house keeping and room service The hotel has not loyalty program though it’s my fourth time to stay they did nothing special

Location, decor, staff, food and service

Our stay was flawless the moment we walked in, Abdulsamet was very friendly and accommodated to our every need, the hotel including decor was grand, the food and service was second to none and the rooms were immaculate. A special thank you to Merve also for her assistance in my needs. The only slight problem although the hotel can not do nothing about, was that we paid for a room with sea view and yes we were facing the sea another hotel directly infront of us block 90% of the view. Other than that thank you Divan, Abdulsamet, Merve and staff. We will be back.

the hotel was well located amongst other 5 star hotels and very near Tsksim square and metro train. Staff were very helpful, buffet breakfast was very good start to the day, swimming pool was good temp and size and bar was fairly priced
