We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaIt is more to expect from a 5 star hotel. I would honestly give it 4 stars. The room is okay, but the bathroom needs restoration. The aircon was very noisy and not possible to use if you want a calm sleep. Breakfast is satisfactory, nothing special.
The location is very good. The breakfast start at 6 AM which is perfect. Big mall across the street. Lots of street parking space. Bathroom full with amenities. Staff speaks good English, very helpful and ready to assist. The best thing about this hotel are the people that work there.

TurkeyThe hotel offered free parking, but that actually meant parking in the Mall's parking area nearby, if there was an empty slot. Or could park by chance on the busy street in front of the hotel. Although the room was a non-smoking one, the smell of it was like smoke-house. There was continuous smoke coming from the staff-room, that wake us up even midnight.
Breakfast was starting at 0600 and that came very handy. Quality of food was as expected. The neighborhood had everything you need, like opportunity for shopping, dining out, cafes and bars etc.
