The whole place is very tourist, everybody want to make quick business in order to not work during winter. The customer is nothing but a dollar sign for locals. Streets are very loud till midnight , loud cars, loud music. The hotel is ruined. Elevator is slow and dirty, the rooms were used by thousands of people before without renovation.Beds are over used. The Aircon does not work, extreme hot in the room because this is a concrete building. Only 3 towels for 4 pax. I would avoid this city and this accomodation next time. Bonus: small breakfast and poor breakfast in my opinion.

Not too much come to my mind. Maybe I liked that I booked only 1 night instead of 2 nights. Haha.

As mentioned by previous visitors the property is very run down. Definitely needs updating as it is very outdated. The furniture and kitchenette needs to replaced too. We only booked for one night so it was OK. Also there is a separate cathedral for air conditioning. 5 euro per day. This is mentioned in Booking.com but I didn't notice before booking. We booked a one bedroom family apartment. The aircon was only in the bedroom and not in Living room where there 3 beds.. not sure how they would get cool air even if we paid for it. It was very cheap and also only for a night for us.

Location - everything is on your door step.. taxi, super market, restaurant, mosque, shopping beach tour etc It has self catering facilities Customer service - we had requested early check-in at 12pm but it was received by the hotel as 12am midnight. Nevrtheless when we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered a room straightaway and got us checked in. When checking out we enquired about leaving our luggage there for two days and nights and they were happy to accept that free of charge. Overall a pleasant and helpful welcoming by the chap and Yusuf at the reception. Oh and they also speak fluent English which is a great plus.

The manager is a quite sneaky person who lies on the spot very badly. When we asked to change the room because it seemed like noone used it in a while, he rejected the idea. After, when we asked to clean the room because it was dirty and smelly, he did it but only partially and they used such a strong mixture, it was stinking all night. When we requested blankets and some kitchen appliances, he was quite upset, even though he is supposed to have such basic things. It is supposed to be an apart hotel but seems like they only want easy money without paying any effort. Although it was relatively cheap, you can find better places right next to this one and know what you paid for. I wonder though how long they can keep with such an attitude....

It is one of those examples when the good property comes to bad hands. You can see that whoever was initially building this place, has done a great job. Such a lovely building with a great location, right next to the beach(2-3 min), multiple shops, restaurants. One point goes to the boy who helps the manager because he tries quite hard dispite all stupidities that happened there.

Only one pool open. More cleaning is needed in the hallways and rooms because after a few days a lot of sand is collected in the rooms. Cups and plates are in short supply in the kitchen. Air conditioning is extra. Wi-fi is lost when you're in the room.

I came here for the second time. The hotel is close to the beach, not a luxury place, here is a complete hotel where you would feel at home. The pool is clean, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. You can order a drink at an affordable price. Staff friendly, especially Omer.
