Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast offered each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It really set the tone for the day. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The bathroom was also pristine, which I always appreciated. starting off with interior it was beautiful, very modern unlike other hotels in istanbul. The room I was staying at was very large for a solo traveller. Very comfortable beds and no problems within rooms whatsoever. The staff were so friendly and made our stay 10 times better.

The property is new and chic in comparison to some of the other hotels in Istanbul. We was greeted very nicely and it was a fast check in. The location is around 8-10 mins to the main high street (nisantasi) and apart from the hilly walks it was easy to get to everywhere. The ambience of the hotel is great overall and the breakfast inside the hotel is very good. Our room was a decent size for two people with a nicely sized closet. The best thing about this hotel was the hardworking staff! They made sure we was looked after very well.

On the morning we came down to check out and have breakfast, the gentleman helping with luggage was very professional. ItalyCleaning overall was good if not for some dark hairs found around in the bathroom and old sealings in the shower - nasty details that can easily be improved.
Great value for money, very calm and comfortable environment and nice staff, all in line with expectations. I stayed 1 night and it was a great solution because the metro is close. Discreet design inside and no crowds around. I didn’t have time to try breakfast or hammam unfortunately.
