Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomNothing worth noting - the only minor disappointments related to local cafes and restaurants which weren't always as we had expected.
Excellent facilities in a spacious and nicely furnished apartment in a reasonable location for local amenities and excellent for the area's tourist spots. The host made it special, very helpful but not too pushy, willing to help with booking taxis and offering local advice, and providing an excellent base for experiencing the best of the area.

FranceThe apartment was even better than expected. The cleanliness was incomparable and the location is very strategic, central and close to many shops and restaurants and the access to the historical sites is easy. With my family we felt like home, the flat is very comfy and cozy and it has a beautiful terrace where you can chill or work or read a book. Everything is furnished, like the washing machine, the heater, TV… Firuz is a great host, friendly, kind and the discussion with him is enjoyable. He recommended us amazing places to discover in Denizli and he gave us a nice address to have a spa with thermal water, and he was there for us whenever we needed him. I highly recommend this booking, it was an excellent experience for us.

Spacious top floor apartment. Very quiet location in a cozy residential neighborhod. Easy check-in and friendly owner. One of us worked from home for a day and the wifi was the best we found during our Turkey trip. Firuz gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay again.

BulgariaThe apartment is not only big, it is huge. It has totally three bedrooms, so it is suitable for 5 adults and two children and maybe more 🙂. The beds were very comfortable. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. And the terrace, oh, the terrace is amazing - there is also a swing there 🙂. And the host, oh, the host is a gorgeos man who makes everything for your comfort. He had even made our schedule for sightseeing in advance so that we were only to have fun. He is also a manufacturer of lovely and magnificent cotton towels so you can buy them at a very low price 🙂. In summary, everything was perfect and we are looking for our next visit there. There are a lot of places for sightseeing nearby. 🙂🙂🙂

Firuz, our host, who lives downstairs, could not have been more helpful. He whatsapped just the right amount, sent us photos of the building and sent the location so we could find it easily, and he kept a parking spot for us etc. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We highly recommend this place for visitors to Pamukkale and other nearby sites.

Costa RicaThe apartment is super comfortable, clean, and well-located - 10 mins taxi ride from bus station ≈ $2. The host was extremely helpful and arranged an entire 2-day plan for us with a local tour company. 10/10 would recommend. Extra: We met Mr. Esat, the manager of the tour company, and he also was extremely helpful, nice, and made Denizli a highlight of our trip. Absolutely recommended.

Our family of 7 persons (3 adults and 4 kids) stayed for 3 nights. The house is situated in a quiet street. This is a family house during many years. The terrace is situated on the fourth floor, but for us it was not a problem (even for our grandma, who is 65)! The terrace is large, clean and really comfortable. there are 3 rooms. One with 3 beds, the second with 3 places for sleep and the third with large double bed. There is a large kitchen with all the stuff you need, and the dishwasher, with a table for 4 persons (we managed for six, when it was cold for children on the terrace (at night was 8 degree, and in the morning it was a bit cold)). There is a beautiful terrace with big table, and it’s great to eat, looking out of the window. Kids lived it most, because there is a swing-bench!!! So there is plenty of space. And at the same time it is a cosy place. We really felt like at home. For us the washing machine was very actual. And the wi-fi is stable, what was nice too! And the most important thing - is the hospitality of Can and Rose, the hosts. You don’t feel abandoned in the foreign country. Can and Rose speak English perfectly! They keep in touch all the time and try to make the journey unforgettable!!! Can came to meet us, when we arrived, and gave us a lot of information about all the places in Denizli, we wanted to visit. He send us a lot of links and helped us as much, as he can. So we can say, these were really happy days in Denizli. Thanks to the Comfy Roof with Terrace, to Can and Rose!!!
