Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThe kettle is very old, and the plastic is worn-out and not working. The place is very big and there is no golf car to pick you to any where. Except in the check-in and check out. The resort is divided into 3 main areas front, middle, and back yard room ( the view depends on where your room is) The beach is not so clean and not sandy. There are rocks outside and inside the sea.

SerbiaThe problem with the staff in this resort is obvious, lack of interest in the guest, only focus on the tip, carelessness in preparing the tables in the restaurant, waiting in the bars while the waiters are talking to each other or typing on the phones... Of course it's not the staff's fault, but probably the management's, and that's why I'm writing this. Outside the resort, it is not worth going out into the village, there is nothing to see.
The resort is in a really nice location, a lot of pine trees, we had a nice room, but it all depends on luck, some bungalows have a view of the wall of another bungalow. The food is very good, the fruit is excellent, the cakes are monotonous, the radish is a hit. Entering the sea via the beach is unpleasant due to large stones, but there is a good jetty for quick entry into the sea. Drinks are also replenished in the in-room bar every day.

NetherlandsAnimation and specifically children animation requires improvement. Good kids club with interesting program, but can be extended with more active games for various ages. Biggest frustration was that we asked for rooms on second floor during booking, but still were given rooms on 1st floor. Can confirm other reviews that for see you need special shoes to enter comfortable but if you like stone beach, it's good, they also have a pond be able to sweam from there. But all in all for us with two kids it was OK.
Great territory, personal does everything to keep it clean and well maintained despite some guests who does not care bring glasses back to bar areas. Good food during the week they constantly changed some dishes though I can agree with some reviews saying that not all dishes are excellent, but at the same time we always found at list fiew that was delicious ( specifically various aubergins, chicken, grill). Choice is large. Service was also good. I readreviews that complain about slow service but not agree. Even if restaurant is full and you do nit want to wait for servant to bring a drink, there is bar and coffee mashins for fast self service. For such large hotel it is very reasonable. Lifeguards work perfectly in the pools and at sea.

United KingdomFood was luke warm at best. We ate out a lot as a result. Housekeeping were very good at keeping the room clean and tidy but requests made to reception for more toilet roll and a coffee mug for the morning rarely got through to housekeeping so these items were difficult to get.

Germanythe staff has been very rude with us, specially at the reception. we booked 3 rooms 2x (1 queen bed + sofa) 1x (twin beds +sofa) when we arrived the rooms had no sofa and were really small in size, when we said that the rooms aren't what we booked they said that we can cancel and its not there problem, the thing is we paid for the features and we didn't get them and they still charged us knowing that its a season and the hotels are full, so they took advantage. not everything is inclusive (redbull for example) also the "special restaurants". we enjoyed our stay because we did our own activities. the hotel should consider learning more about hospitality and smiling in your guests face. one more note, every time I call the reception to ask for something that should be in my room, they say ok what do you want in a rude way then don't even deliver it (toothbrush and paste for example ) so i went to the reception and by mistake got locked out of my room and I said to the guy there why aren't bringing me what i asked for and he says okay ! what do u want in a very aggressive way, then when I asked for an extra key he slams it at the desk and turns away!
the design of the hotel is actually nice, the organic design and how they dealt with the nature is very impressive. the pool was a bit warm but size is ok
