We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad to keep asking for toilet roll for a woman this is really bad. Only got room cleaned when asked but they did clean it. This is a real no no. When people are eating there are people smoking everywhere on the tables even tho there are signs to say no smoking and the staff don't stop them. Not everyone smokes in the world and not everyone wants cancer. Please stop this. Make them sit at the bar. People were smoking around their children and alot of the restaurant staff were moody. The last time i came here the staff were lovely and happy. Its a shame hotels a little boring now. Please change the gin its really bad i couldn't drink it, it would of made me ill.
I enjoyed the food, it was a very nice room but the bed was very hard. Pool was clean. And bus dropped you right outside

Cheap so can't complain. Rooms dated. Wifi poor in hotel room. Staff keep to themselves. Pool huge. Watch out for the busy roundabout outside whilst walking Had to ask for my room to be cleaned after the 4th day and it was cleaned every day after that. If you want a cheap holiday inbetween IOvacik. Hisaronu and Olu Deniz. Then good value. Breakfast omlettes very nice

PortugalThe employees are bad. They don't treat you, come or try to help you. Because of the employee I lost my money and my boat trip. Why didn't you call me and tell the man who came to get me that I wasn't there. And I didn't even apologize. Nothing works in the room. The air conditioning doesn't work, the television doesn't work, the telephone doesn't work. I do not recommend this hotel. It's the worst in Ölüdeniz.
The location is bad. It is far from the old town Ölüdeniz and it is dangerous to walk into town. Everything horrible. This was the worst hotel I stayed in Turkey

RomaniaThere was no hot water in the evening, we had to shower with cold water every day. I think this is unacceptable in 2022, this is why the small rating. The fridge was not working and they were not able to fix it, even though we mentioned it every night and every morning. The shower was leaking water on the ground and they took the foot towel the 2nd day and did not leave a replacement.
.The breakfast was great, right near the pool. The room was nice with enough space.

SwitzerlandCommunication: We booked half pension. Upon arrival, we received a leaflet saying drinks are all inclusive. Turns out, they were not. The concierge apologized for the miscommunication, though. Still we had to pay for the drinks. Pink Palace has no compromise attitude. 10 Lira( < 1 EUR) is more important than a review. Only water and tea is included. This was the first hotel we visited that had no complimentary water in the rooms and they have no self service water dispenser. Instead, a person hands out 2dl glasses at a bar on request, far away from the eating area. Food: Food buffet (breakfast): Not a single fruit, monotone and small selection. Food in general meat loaded. Dill in almost everything. Room: The beds are indeed short in width and length (see other reviews). Up to 1.70m it's fine. If you're taller, your feet will dangle off. You can hear neighboring and corridor sounds and a lot of common area loudspeaker music on the weekend.
