The hotel was ok for the price we got it.

The hotel was ok for what we paid. Could do with being a little cleaner the pool was dirty and all around the pool didn’t seem to get used due to this. The room was clean on arrival but only got cleaned once in the full week we was there this is including towels. We had limited water in the room, was cold for 4 days like really cold. Food was ok. Not your usual all inclusive where you can go when your hungry it was set meal times. Looked better on the booking pictures. No entertainment

The seafront location of the hotel and the restaurant view were marvellous.😊 The staff is try helpful in everything.

Location, staff, cleanliness. The man on reception was really nice, he upgraded our room from standard to deluxe. So we had a room with new furniture and beautiful sea view.

The hotel was in an amazing location and had great amenities! It was close to everything and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach.

I would say they need more variety of food at the restaurant. Also the quality of wine needs to be upgraded. But after all someone with bigger budget can drink or eat at different location..All 👍

We liked very much the staff at the restaurant and also at the reception. They look very worried when they saw 3 charges for our accommodation instead of two. They tried to explain to us only charged half first and at the end the other half.

There really was not much to dislike. The only thing I can was the swimming pool was only big enough for kids. We did not use it once as it was very small. If you prefer a pool side holiday instead of a beach holiday this hotel may disappoint you but if you love the beach like me it’s the right place to be. Also the food at lunch and dinner is more or less the same after our 3rd we started eating some meals outside of the hotel but their local foods (kebab wraps) are very cheap and filling.

I chose this property for the location to the beach and it did not disappoint. The beach is right outside the hotel. They had the best beach beds and loungers then most hotels along the strip. Hakan the restaurant manger was so attentive all the staff worked so hard to keep the place clean and staff happy. Okan checked us in when we arrived very late in the night he went above and beyond to settle us in. He order us some food from a late night restaurant and showed us around the hotel and our room! Beach staff our also attentive cleaning your beach bed every time you get a bit of sand on it. All staff made a effort to speak a little English to us and if they couldn’t understand us they would quickly get someone else to come over and help us out.

I liked everything

Lovely small hotel, new beautiful designer rooms, very clean. The sea view from the room is magnificent. The staff is always friendly and helpful and ready to help with any question. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, they bring the rest to a high level. The beach is equipped with comfortable sun beds and separate beds. where you can hide from the sun. I highly recommend this hotel.

No slope into hotel for luggage, only two flights of steps. Slowest lift I've ever seen in a hotel this size with room only for two people with luggage. No waste bin in bedroom, only one small one in bathroom. Extremely loud thumping incessant music from local restaurants and bars into the wee hours. Only one key card for the room and absolute refusal to provide a second card. We had to ask front desk staff to come with us to let us into our room if we were using the key card in the room to charge mobiles. Front desk staff were often nowhere to be seen, but office doors and computers were left unattended and accessible to anyone. On checking out, we were obliged to wait for 5 minutes while our room was inspected in case we had damaged anything. We are a sedate elderly couple, and I find the attitude of this establishment offensive and ridiculous.

Comfortable bed, excellent showers. Lovely cleaning staff,. Good value for money, but negatives (see below) were very irritating.

We upgraded our room on our second day to the deluxe room with hot tub, and had no hot water since the second day of our holiday at all, cold water was intermittently working. No absolutely no point in having a big hot tub bath when there’s no water to fill it and nobody there cared kept getting told tomorrow well tomorrow never came. Waste of a week really. The pool is really dirty and the food towards the end of the week got better, not a lot for breakfast if you go down for the late breakfast 9.30-10 there’s nothing left.

1. Rooms are smaller than the advertised photos. 2. NO beach towel also never mentioned in the booking it’s not included and the hotel wanted us to buy them from the shop underneath the hotel which belongs to the hotel this is a way of cheating guests. 3. The Advertisement says it’s a beach hotel when it’s for fact not as there’s a main road between the beach and the hotel. 4. NO bottles of water was provided apart of one and only one in the fridge and that’s it. The rest was just jug of water at the bar. All other hotels on all exclusive hotel would provide bottled water as much as the gusted required. 5. NO food labels or ingredients labels were displayed for food. Especially for the purpose of food allergy. 6. We did not find the reception staff friendly at all apart of the guy who was working at night when we arrived. The rest of the staff were not friendly even not saying good morning/ hello back to us when we say it at the time. 7. We witnessed that more than once some people (The hotel’s owner’s friends) were coming to the food area and had their food made specially for them and they were treated way different than the rest of the guests. 8. The wine that you were serving was too old and got no taste. I would like the future guests whom would like to make a booking at this property to be aware of my experience with this property before making any booking or reservation as it was a pure waste of money.

Roomcleaner asked if i wanted her to clean the floor, took the teacups and never replaced them or tea or coffe bags, the minibar had two bottels of water upon. If you wanted more u had to pay. Water was served in the restaurant from mugs The catering a catastrophe. It seemed as if the left overs from the dinner were served at breakfast. The most important was the health or unhealthy aspect: the cold food was lukewarm, the warm food viceversa: perferct for bacterias in 24oC.. The breakfast until 10:00. At 09.00 just leftovers and no refilling.. The menus at dinner and lunch included the same cold salads, the luke warm food, was boiled rice, fried potates, some vegetables mixed, one pot of fish, or chicken. We both got sick after the snitchel and fries. After that we avoided the restaurant, Gin in the bar , when asking fro GT is was mixed with Sprite!!! they had no Tonic water. The last straw that broke the camel's back was the rudeness of one of the young waiters, every time we had sometihing in the bar he picked up the TIP BOX and pointed to it, HINT HINT. Totally rude for an all inclusive hotell.. This young waiters walked around as swarming bees, the hotels need to teach the how to be effective and learn about good manners. When standing by the toaster he walked right into our back, i felt like turning to him and ask him: "Do YOU need some help?" One holds the tray whilst the other took the plates and cutlers.. The cook should learn to make a decent omelett and not send up one that was raw inside - horrible. and he should really worry about the hygiene quality for the menu . The boiled eggs where all overcooked with green borders. After we had given inn our keycard and safekeys another receptionist rushed up to the room , i wonder why? Maybe it wanted to check i i had stolen something. :-( Had to pay extra for the safe. No beach towels.

Alex at the reception, was very service minded at arrival. The room with sea view as very ok, The location was excelent just cross the road to the seaside and good sunbeds not too cramed. He who seemed to be the elder of the restaurant was attentive and service minded.
