Location is very close to taksim square so moving around is easy. The shops underneath have reasonable prices and are open till late so you can buy your fruit and snacks there instead of overpaying in the city center. Suphi was actively in contact with us until arrival and shared the door code proactively to allow check in at 1AM due to late night flight. If we needed something, we could just text Suphi and he would arrange for it e.g fresh towels, room service etc.

There was a very terrible smell of sewage throughout the entire stay, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, did not turn on with an error, and then came to life on its own. The iron is flimsy, but the fact that it was good!

Convenient location, 5 minutes uphill to the metro. All the necessary shops are nearby. The staff is sociable.

The building is located in a not well-looking street, therefore, I did not feel safe to arrive to place specially during night, most of the time I have asked people to go with me. The photos of the room give the impression that the place is much bigger.

The location of the place is strategic, close to a very hectic part of the city, with many shops around, and stops for taking the bus or the train.

The kitchen equipment is too basic (a minimum of dishes, a small induction is missing), upon our arrival there was a very intense chemical smell (only on the first day). Strong light from the street at night, we recommend an eye mask (we slept well).

Very clean, comfortable, suitable for a multi-day stay. It is a small cozy apartment where you can find everything important, even a kitchenette and a fridge. Wi-Fi worked, 10 minutes walk from Taksim metro. The host was friendly and communicated via WhatsApp.

The only downside for me was the smell of perfume coming from the corridor (not too heavy and mostly disappears when you close the door). I guess it is the norm in Turkey, but gives me a headache.

The room and bed sheets were really clean, quite a change from what I experienced at some other places in that money range. Where was a hairdryer, disposable slippers, big mini-fridge and an even an iron. They also let me check in earlier which was really convenient.

The room is very small. Perhaps better suited for only one person with one small suitcase. But otherwise it has everything you need!

Host was really helpful from the beginning to check out. Accomodation location is excellent. On less than 300 meters You have the beginning of the 2km long street full of food and shops, which leads to the Galata tower.

On the day of arrival no hot water, mosque payer is very loud (but it is only once a day at around 8pm), other neighbours from other floors were loud when coming at night time and no respect to others. Location is a little lower side, and need to climb to go somewhere, especially on last day was hard to carry heavy luggage.

Place is clean, large bed, hot water and shower, refrigerator, easy to take keys and enter/exit the front door. I was lucky to meet others who live in the hotel and they let me in and explained I should text to the owner in Whatsapp to check in. Location in Taksim is very good, close to metro and Istiklyal shopping street.
