Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceMaybe provide the housekeeping with a checklist so that they do not forgot things when cleaning rooms. It happened to us multiple times that we either did not have toilet paper or towel or soap. Also check the towels for stains.
Very good location, close to Taksim but in a quiet area. Staff are nice. Good breakfast.

FranceIt would be nice if the hotel provides the housekeeping service with a checklist that they follow everyday for every room. We stayed for 7 days and almost every day there was something missing: one day not enough towels, the other day no toilet paper, then no soap etc. Also, the hotel might want to check the towels: half of the times there were stains on the towels, it gives very bad impression of the cleanness (see photo). Please note that details matter: we had a very bad hand soap in our room (or it was diluted with water), I have a video of that but apparently I cannot upload it here... Note that providing normal soap is not something expensive but not providing that leaves very bad experience. Another example is the hair dryer which was half melted (see photo), they may wanna start thinking about these small details. As mentioned, details matter!
The view is amazing if you're getting a room with sea view (see photo). The location cannot be better, close to Taksim but very quiet.

Jordanwe booked two rooms, one was a pretty small, where there was limited space to walk at the bottom of the bed, at one time the shower box was clogged in both of our rooms, but they addressed the issue swiftly so that was good. we kinda missed a charging cord and one of the mugs we got with us from home, but that could be a mistake. they didn't vaccume the carpet until we requested that, even tho we stayed for 16 days. all in all, these things are nothing compared to how much we enjoyed our stay there
breakfast was great, the morning staff, Mr. Naji, was friendly and very attentive he made the whole experience worth it to wake up at 8am to have breakfas., the rooms were clean when we arrived, they didn't have any weird smell like most hotels do. and the check in was super fast and not complicated at all, the area is calm the soundproofed windows worked like a charm, the staff in general were friendly and very respectful to our privacy. the housekeeping staff was also friendly and professional whenever we ran into them

QatarFacilities are relatively old and not maintained well. Makeups mirror is restroom is broken, the toilet bidet is not working properly. The drainage in shower room is also stucked. Ironer is not setup in the room ( I guess it's upon request). Breakfast hot dishes variety is quite simple.
The view from the balcony is amazing. Staffs are friendly ans helpful.

The guides that we recieved from the reception staffs and madam Selver for the attractions, touristic places, shopping centres and how to reach those locations were great and appreciated. I strongly advise the tourists to consult with the reception from the first day. In general we are very happy from choosing this hotel.

FranceBeds are a bit too soft. Good breakfast overall with a nice view over the bosphorus but the coffee is not good, there is no dairy free or gluten free options and there is cheese everywhere even if the cooked eggs. No fruits either.
Good value for money (includes breakfast). Location is good, up on the hill. Staff is good. Good brekkie overall. The WiFi is not strong but enough to browse on your phone

RomaniaI know that usually the coffee is not great in most hotels, but at least it tastes like coffee. Here, the coffee was like a coloured water, even the turkish tea was darker than the coffee. I don't ask to have choices (like espresso, capuccino, latte machiatto etc), but the least they can do is offer some decent coffee at breakfast.
We reserved a room with a view over Bosphorus and the asian side of Istanbul, and it was spectacular! The room was big enough, with a comfortable bed and a generous terrace. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of foods every day. The bathroom was equiped with soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, in big, refillable recipients, and also with some other products.
