Breakfast time is from 8:30 to 10, which is not convenient for beach time and travellers who go to guided tours. Safe is available only for payment. There should be some control over shezlongs on the beach as they are from early morning occupied by customers of the other hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff both at the hotel and the restaurant. Very close to the sea side. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Good parking spot near the hotel. Comfortable bed. Very nice room.

The Hotel location is absolutely excellent, we had the King Suite and the view from the balcony is the most amazing we've ever had anywhere. The staff at the Hotel were so friendly and helpful and they made our stay such a personal and enjoyable experience. Ecatarina, the Hotel Manager and her team were amazing, everything was done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. There were literally no negatives to our stay, the perfect Hotel in every way.

Only a tiny criticism -and it wasn’t the hotels fault - some very rude and selfish guests from other hotels just hijacking all the loungers on the Chateau section of the beach even though they had plenty available allocated to their own hotels. Even this the hotel tried to keep on top of

There’s nothing to dislike. In my opinion the best location in the resort, good sized immaculate rooms and the most helpful and friendly staff. We visited prior to Covid and loved it but the hotel has had some major improvements since then - the best being the restaurant and bar area. Food was the best we ate in resort and the prices incredibly reasonable. We had only booked in for four days at the end of our visit to Turkey. Will definitely be staying longer next time.

The hotel has a very small amount of sunloungers on the beach, and the accompanying parasols are too small/ too worn. However, we did manage to get free loungers and umbrellas nearby, run by an adjacent restaurant.

Breakfast was a very pleasant buffet in the seating area at the front of the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable. the safety deposit box was key operated, with a daily charge of €2. The hotel is situated at the end of the beach. It had a quiet atmosphere compared to the louder brash hotels in Icmeler. We finally found a lovely quiet family-run restaurant not too far away called OKEMO. The food and wine were very enjoyable, and reasonable. . . a welcome respite from the manic hard sell in so many Icmeler establishments. The lady on reception was very helpful arranging onward transport to Dalyan.

Reataurant downstairs closes at 6pm so you have to go out for dinner or eat early; one day the hot water upstairs was weak when everyone must’ve been showering at same time, rest of week had no issues.

location is perfect, view was breathtaking, immaculate clean, room service was great at a good value, #406 was like home ☺️cleaning lady and rest of staff were friendly and professional;AC worked perfectly in this hottest summer almost full time.

I loved this hotel. It was clean,comfortable & well located opposite the beach. The breakfast was excellent & there was lots of choice . They had free day beds on the beach which was really convenient. The pool was great to have a swim after the beach. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Everything! The food, location, the view - everything was amazing. The staff is exceptionally professional. Special thanks to Katya for her support in solving our issues with transfer. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. You can see how each member of the staff involved and dedicated to make your stay pleasant. Definitely coming back!

I just didn’t like the location. It’s on a busy road, with cement trucks ploughing past all day. They park up at night just up from the hotel.

The staff were so brilliant. The hotel is SPOTLESS. Didn’t try the pool. Free sunloungers on beach. Pool towels lovely. I had the king suite and it was truly incredible. Really tasty breakfast and lovely atmosphere. The reception staff were particularly great - as was the boys in the restaurant. Was a lot of repeat guests there - they clearly loved it too. Very close to all the shops and restaurants.

The beds could of been softer (very stiff, and l normally sleep on a firm mattress). Be aware, if you pay for breakfast, the Turkish Coffee they provide (which is amazing) is actually an extra on top, we only found out at the end when asked to pay for it, and there was no mention from any staff member that this was not included in the breakfast deal.

Breakfast was great, the location was superb, pool table and swimming pools were great to have. The rooms were nice and cozy, great value for money. Would stay again if visiting Marmaris, if you hire a car to reach the hotel, there is a giant carpark around 100m walk away, that's free to use.

Only criticism is there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel was right across the road from Icmeler beach we had fantastic views of the sea all the way to Marmaris. Comfy beds the shower was large and plenty of hot water. The staff were very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast each day and we enjoyed the other food in the hotel too. Have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again.

Not the hotel’s fault but loud music from the bar across the street from early morning til 2 am. Can’t escape from the party music.

Lovely hotel in the heart of busy area in icemeler . Breakfast is outstanding. The location is perfect for young ppl who wanna party and shopping.
