The bedroom was too small for 3 people and suitcases. To walk past the end of the bed you had to lean to the right to not hit your head on the TV mounted on the walls. I think the room would have been much better if it had just been a double room. The window also faced out onto a car park where workmen were so you could never pull the net curtains back.

The roof top swimming pool was a welcome break from the heat. Location was good, right near the Metro and tramline. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Pool, breakfast and dinner. We had 2 large rooms, one being in the basement, not very useful. Pool services are only available when you're doing something else during the day. Either at 10AM, until 6pm, or indoor pool (what's the use) until 8pm. So you need to organise your day as a visitor to the pool. That's no use! Breakfast was ok (included in the room), but boring after 1 day. We also had dinner included, but that wasn't very clear and at the same not very nice breakfast facilities, no view.

Walking distance from the old city places to visit such as Haghia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Tourist trap restaurants all around. Staff relatively friendly. Old Hamman indoor is practical.

We booked a "triple" and the time was definitely too small for 3 people. We had to bring in a cot, that could only fit in front of the bathroom.

The location was decent. Near pharmacies, food outlets, basic shopping. 10 min walk to tram.

poor facilitis in bathroom (weak shower power and cold water) The drain in the bathtub was not working well, the bathroom zink sensor was to aggresive, you stood infront of the mirror or walked by the zink and water always turned on. Also floor n the room was dirty

The variety at the breakfast I suppose should be upgrades !

The hotel is very near to the metro station , tram station so we had the opportunity to use them . Miss Chaimma is very polite and willing to help us ! Moreover , the hotel has a security dog for extra safety!

The first room we booked was a silent basement room but we were moved thankfully as the airconditioner didn't work and the room was very musty. Just beware if you are considering to book this type of room.

Great location opposite a beautiful mosque. A good choice of restaurants around the area and the breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a great selection of Turkish breakfast favourites. The Hamman at the hotel was excellent and great value for money.

The room. 😕 great view. The tub nor the shower drained. Two days no one came to clean the room. Murat Bey came at around 9pm and helped us out, he changed towels, trash and gave us new soap 🙌🏾. The window that separates the bathroom leaks onto the ledge. The adjoining doors were not locked. I had to request someone to come and lock it after someone tried to get into the room.

The team was absolutely AMAZING. The front desk team, they were attentive to us from check in to check out! Also, those who were at the pool, they were great in helping us get started. Murat (dinner service) Murat Bey (evening cleaning crew) and Chaisma (I think that’s her name. I tried to get her name from her badge) she was the guest service manager. When I had an issue with the room she had it corrected immediately. The staff is an absolute 100/10 ✨ The pools were amazing and clean highly recommend! I received the MOST WONDERFUL birthday surprise from the team. It was thoughtful and I was very impressed and thankful.

Could do with some upkeep , considering it's a five star hotel. One of the rooms in our 2 bedroom suite didn't have any windows, the dining area didn't have any windows, the bathroom jacuzzi tap was partly broken and fitted with plaster but worked fine. The large wall mirror suddenly fell off the wall as it was attached with very flimsy nails , thankfully no one was injured.

Location was excellent, staff were helpful. Roof top pool , bar, sauna/ steam room, general decor and cleanliness were excellent. I also loved the terrace which had some swings and seating areas which were perfect for relaxing in the evenings and watching the Istanbul skyline. All major old city tourist spots were closed and easily accessible.

We got put into a room that connects to the room next door with a thin door, we could hear them talking. And there’s a club next to the hotel we could hear the music every night clearly until late.

our room was tiny. was supposed to be a twin room which had been confirmed prior to our arrival. they kept saying they would change it but didn’t happen.
