We stayed on the ground level and there was almost no ventilation. It was extremely hot with no air circulation in the room and no windows or doors to the outside. They kindly gave us a fan which helped a bit, but it was still very musty. I would recommend a room not on the ground level for staying here.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is pretty good and the view on the terraces are some of the best in the city! I would recommend for a stay in Cappadocia. The staff was friendly.

This is really nice hotel at great location. It has nice terace with wonderful view. Room was clean, beautiful and it was special experince to sleep in cave hotel. Also, the breakfast they served in hotel was really teasty. You can also have tea during the whole day. The staff were so kind, always in service for everything. The atmosphere in hotel is friendly and we felt comfortable all the time.

amazing location. not regretting at all our room choice and if it was available the suite room should be the option. Amazing view from the room, from the terrace, from the breakfast area and very close to a view point that goes on top of the hotel to admire the views of Goreme. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.

I did rather miss having A/C but it wasn't suppose to be modern. I would have liked to have had the trash dumped, it not fresh towels. Because the front desk staff had very little English, after the problems with one tour, we booked all the rest across the street. We had to pay in cash for the tour so they could get their commission.

Breakfast area had a wonderful view and the variety of food, cheese, eggs, bread, and jams was good. The room make you thinking of staying in a fairy chimney. The furniture was basic with a couple of shelves. There was a tea kettle with tea and coffee.

it was close to sunset point. and it has many rooftop places to sit, chill and enjoy the view. Always coffee, water, tea is free, and available for 24/7. I loved this place, and would like to come again. Room was warm. Nice spa tub.

Property was very easy to find & the receptionist I have no words for him, honestly by far the best person I come across the entire 10 nights I was in turkey. Ozgur helped me from start to end and I was only there for 1 night in Cappadocia

Location is perfect! Nice, comfy terraces with amazing views, great for balloons or sunrise. The viewpoint is right above the hotel. The staff is exceptional. They helped with everything (pcr, airport pickup). Breakfast is decent, very delicious. We tried 3 hotels in Cappadocia, and we had the best time here. Great value for the money. Definitely will come back!
