They have two elevators (that I could see). One elevator is reachable via a step. BUT, the step is an over-height step and is a hazard. I stepped off and damaged the calf muscles in my one leg. Management, PLEASE renovate this step and make it a two step. It will be much safer.

Breakfast was adequate. If you're expecting an English or American breakfast, too bad. What they offered is more than the usual European continental style (more than just rolls and cold meats, etc.). Nice choice of hot and cold food. And a choice of different coffees and of course Turkish tea. Room. What I remember about it... Good. Unfortunately, I have seen too many other hotel rooms since my stay to really remember much about it.

The air conditioner didn’t work, you don’t have a separate air conditioner in the room - it is central. And was very hot at night - the window barley opens. The door look was not working properly- I had to go every time to the reception to unlock the key.

Nice and helpful stuff. Big variety of food for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day.

Nice place , little bit far away from center ( about 40 min walking or 20 by bus) and the closest beach Konialty which fine but another 40 min by bus) so if you are ok with this kind of travel, then i would recommend your stay there otherwise you need to think where you want to be. Staff is very friendly

Refurbishment of hotel not complete. Struggled to find restaurant. Waste of a day as nothing of note to see in area.

The hotel was still going through what sounded like room refurbishments as we could hear drilling and hammering on the floor above us however, it was admissible as we were out most of the time.

The hotel is located away from all the attractions but primely close to the airport which was what we were after, as we were departing the day after. The staff were very professional and met to all our needs, even allowing us to check-in early without any hesitation. The whole hotel itself was really pretty and very nicely decorated, starting from the reception/lobby, the hallway to the rooms - expensively pretty and a relatively new hotel. It had everything you’d expect in a hotel room but was lacking some basic toiletries i.e, toothpaste, combs & shaving blades. Albeit, definitely great value for money.

The room was dusty . It seemed like this specific room we booked hadn’t been used in a while . When we asked for it to be cleaned , it seemed like staff weren’t surprised that we asked . We could also hear everything the hotel room beside us was doing at night .

The suites were supposed to come with a jacuzzi. They didn't work. Plus brown stains on them. The staff just didn't understand English. The hotel is clearly understaffed. Nothing bad in carrying ones own luggage, but had to carry half of the luggage ourself on way out. The location is exceptionally very average. Nothing nearby and transporters are cheaters here generally.

We booked 2 family suites. The rooms were decent.

The only problem was cleanliness. The bathroom smelled very bad; it seemed someone had completely urinated on the toilet and it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. There was dust everywhere in the room.

Nice building new. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff took great care of the breakfast.

It was so busy the time that we arrived and there was only one person in reception. We had to wait for 20 minutes. We couldn’t open the rooms door and there was a problem with the lock. They took care of it after twice telling and we had to wait in corridor which did not have any air conditioner and it wss realy warm.

Improve AC in the room (was very slow and not power). I can not imagine what would be there in summer. May be good for 1-2 nights, but definitely will not stay here more.
