On the first day the hot water wasn't working due to some repairs so we couldn't shower - we'd both had pretty long journeys (one of us was traveling for almost 24 hours). Obviously sometimes things break, that's fine, but the staff didn't tell us about this so it came as a surprise, and also didn't offer us an alternative place to shower, which was disappointing, and meant that we couldn't really relax on our first evening which was all we wanted to do. Also, the kitchen is pretty understocked, so even though it looks like you could do some cooking there it is very limited.

It is located in a nice part of town, close to bars and restaurants and not far from the Bosphorus or metro stops, so it was perfect as a base to explore the city. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We stayed in the room with a spa bath and it definitely felt very luxurious - the bath itself was great, and the place felt very private. We mostly could not hear any other people staying at the hotel, other than in the bathroom for some reason.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, the shower was dirty and still had some stains( which are removable) from the previous guest I assume.

The fact that we could not control the air conditioning. We were told there was only heat. So, we had to have the window open which led to hearing all the street noise and the neighbors talking and smelling their cigarette smoke at 6 am.

The location is in a great area. There are many restaurants and shops to choose from. The room was updated and nice. The staff were helpful. Really like having the coffee shop in the lobby.

The best location! Perfect one for walking by feet to any direction. Good WiFi, friendly hotel staff, full set of shower accessories, clean. It was our great choice - room with balcony. Balcony is with a lot of space, well equipped, perfect for morning coffee/breakfast, or evening glass of wine, or Istanbul atmosphere enjoying.

Everything was fine. We are not just happy about my travel pillow getting missing and up to now, they can't find it. It has been three days now since we informed the receptionist. My travel pillow is new as well and I am quite upset that it got missing.

The receptionist staff was very accommodating especially the guy with the help of a beard. Sorry, I forgot his name he is always happy to help us and any queries we are asking him.

Just a tad bit difficult to spot because the board is pretty small. For people with mobility issues (people with wheelchairs and strollers), this won’t be a good choice because of the cobbled narrow and steep streets

We have spent three nights at the hotel during a business trip. In the morning we had to leave sharp at 8.00 and we discussed it with the personnel that we need the breakfast at 7.30. Unfortunetly the message was not transfered and in the morning we faced that it is not possible. We have received a coffee and a sanwich from the café which is in the hotel, but after long-long discussions. On the third day we had time for the breakfast and it was really fine but without caffé and beverages. The hotel is not flexible for those who want to leave the hotel relatively early.

The tourist restuarants were pricy and wine and beer expenisive but nin the less great food.

A great location shops and restuarants and Metro and city centre 5 minutes away. room was superb and staff very friendly . We took the local ferry across to the Asian side €5.. Bus trip got held up in a lot if traffic which took the edge of the trip. If your confident you can reach Souk by train ,and get a tourist pass for 3 or 5 days which gives you Metro and bus for around €5.

The bedsheets were disturbingly dirty with red stains and yellow patches. it was disgusting and very uncomfortable! Furthermore, rooms are not soundproof. especially toilets, we could hear everything from the next room.

Perfect location, seconds away from Istiklal. The entrance itself is a coffee shop. Spacious room with terrace. Friendly stuff ☺️
