The apartment needs to be updated with proper kitchen utensils and some minor touch up and fixes. But you won't argue a lot with the given price.

The location is just a stone's throw away from the Hagia Sophia. You can easily hear the prayers from both the mosques which will immerse you in the 'Istanbul' mood. Certainly would recommend those who are on a budget yet wish to be there near the main attractions.

Didn't meet exectations which we had based on current hotel score. Ther is literally no sound insulation. We've heard our neighbours conversations behind the wall. Hotel's location near the Blue Mosque adds challenge every morning, when you're woken up around 5am by a very loud call to prayer. Closed windows don't help at all. Rooms and terrase are much more worn out then they look on photos. Creaky floors and furniture, missing cabinet handels, very dim lights. Crashed screen of TV in the room. Towels were changed after few days only after our reminder. Unsanitary conditions at the kitchen. The whole kitchen in fact is a small corner on the stair landing you pass by every time going to the terrase. End every time you see unwashed dishes in the sink plus some garbage remained from the cooking. Sofas on the terrase with burnt holes from hookah charcoal. Cocroach in the bathroom at one day.

The total feedback about the hotel would be much less positive unless the wonderful guy Serdar who works there, seems without sleep and vacations. Very endearing and talkative person, ready to help with any question (we've got a lot), trying to make the stay in the hotel as pleasant as possible in conditions which they have. Great location - 5 mitues walk from Sultanahmet square. Good beakfasts. Reasonable price.

They tried to give us a room in the basement which was completely different from what we have seen in the pictures. After showing this room (it was very humid and hot), they gave us another room in a different hotel to “repair” the inconvenience. The new room was a bit better but unfortunately they didn’t clean it properly (both furnitures and the bed sheet were dirty). The young boy who escorted us to the new hotel was nice, but the experience was very bad.

The property is located in a good place, 5 minutes from Sultanahmet by walking. There is a good seafood place near it!

TV never worked - they tried other TV's from next door rooms . WiFi was working intermitently. Heating system failed in a mid of cold days.They tried to fix it - failed again. Kitchenet was very outdated - no stove, old dishes and siverware ,all furniture broken. Smell was pouring from the bathroom - they had to relocate us to another apartment - lower grade - management declined to compansate or pay for an extra nigth

The only one thing that I found good - was a view of the sea from the apartment.

Generally grubby, with significant mold in bathrooms, dirty pillows, some torn linens, all the bedroom lights were hanging off the walls, broken appliances, other peoples half eaten food in the cupboards. Walls and cabinet fronts could all use a cleaning and the whole apartment should be repainted. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever stay there again. Also, because it’s in a really touristy location food prices are 2 or 3 times as much as in other locations. If we did Istanbul again, I would stay in a nice location on the Asian side of Istanbul but close to the metro and just take public transit in to see the sights.

Location was great, really close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. Very cute and walkable neighbourhood in the heart of historic Istanbul. Staff were friendly.

iOne of the worst experiences ever. Got deceived by the ratings . The only good thing about the place is its location.. Aya Sofia , Blue mosque and Topkapu etc are all on a walking distance . There was only one airconditioner in the 2 bed room appartment. On our request they arranged a fan that never worked . There was a computer monitor hanged with the wall as a TV . Furniture is dated Above all the management response was disappointing. Will not recommend the property Istanbul in general has very good accommodation options. . Even cheap hotels are usually neat and clean and people are generally very cooperative. This property seems an exception .

1. Mattress was very bad and uncomfortable. 2. Cover provided was for a single bed. 3. TV did not work. 4. No Toilet Paper. 5. Bathroom exhaust did not work. Steam made everything wet. 6. Shower head broke , but fortunately someone came and fixed it. Had a peek in passing the other rooms were good but this one certainly needs to be renovated.

The location of hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Sultanahmet square. Staff is friendly, kind and always there to help you with everything you need. Communication with them is easy because they know English very well. Breakfast was ok, typical turkish breakfast. We highly recommend this place.
