stuff and location

location is perfect, closed to fatih, and to restaurants, tram,.... Breakfast was correct, the rooms need some extra effoet on cleanliness but the staff is very nice and helpful. i would defenitely recommand it to anyone who looks for a quality and fair price.

In the description of the hotel it is written they have parking possibility but when we reach the hotel we have been told that Bisetun is using hotel next door’s parking lot which is a misleading information. During our complete stay we could not find any parking lot belong to neighbor hotel. Because of that falsified info our car has been pulled by police (we had to leave in alley) and we spent the night searching the car… Also when we were making the payment, there was an issue in the credit card machine which has not been explained to us and money withdrawal done without any detailed info, it was a complete chaos to went through

Very basic hotel . No tea ,coffees or water in the room . Bedcover and duvet smell like cigarettes. Really difficult to communicate with staff ( as they don’t speak English) . Very…basic breakfast.

The receptionist was drunk and wasn’t treating us in a sensible manner, the beds were dirty, there was no kettle in the room and there was no kettle in the room so we had to pay for our tea. They also made me pay for the towel and the cushion.

booked 6 nights in this hotel for my sister and my niece. From the beginning, things were strange. I received a call from my sister while she was in the hotel. The first reservation was not made. I spoke to the recipient and I did not understand the exact reason, but I re-booked.  The next day I received a call from my sister to tell me that they wanted to leave, and the reasons were the following: the hotel was least to say dirty, hair was on the floor and on the bed and inside pillows, the bathroom was dirty with no hot water, shampoo, toilet paper and even a trash can.  The bathroom mirrors are dirty and the hairdryer has hair in it. Breakfast is very bad and old and even the vegetables smells. Of course, my sister called several times to ask for cleaning and other services, and the answer is ok,  will do, and no one comes nor do anything. even when she asked for a trash can , she was told use any bag. Of course, my sister could not leave or get hold me because of the time difference between us, and she told me my niece, who speaks Turkish, heard a hotel worker talking to the hotel owner and saying that they hate Arabs very much, and Arabs, mean and other bad words, and they were laughing. Of course, racism is everywhere, even in America, but we have a law to protect you. I called Booking and they nice to take this matter seriously
