Everything was great! Location is good, groceries and restaurants are very close around. Many places to get a good breakfast with local specialities. Tram stop is within 5 minutes walk, Kabatas pier within 10 minutes walk. Room is renovated and was very clean! Linens and towels was good and clean. Ali was very kind and helpful host. He advised me about local corners and was always ready to help. Highly recommend!

This is a small wish. For us the mattress was very hard. An additional thin mattress (top) would make sleep comfortable.

New well-maintained apartment in a great location. Ali is truly the best! Very friendly and quick to respond to all requests. We made booking with a clear understanding of all the features of these small apartment on the 1st floor (primarily a small bathroom), but the level of apartment at this price is much higher. Thank you!

Nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe the toilet is a little small, but the rest is so great that it doesn’t even matter. I’ll choose this again for my stay in Istanbul.

Everything about this place is great. I stayed here for eight nights and loved my stay. The apartment was nice, new, and extremely comfortable. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood, just around the corner from Teksim square. There are convenience stores, cafes and restaurants all around the place. It is situated in a quiet street, so there is no noise disturbance. The property is managed by a guy, Ali, who is such a great support and has an attitude worthy of a gracious host. He is available through WhatsApp and gives pointers on places and getting around so assuringly and helpfully. He even gave me a free upgrade. His presence adds value to this property.

Ali was there in the building when I arrived, so he let me in, but there is also a key locker, so self check in is also possible. Apartment is very clean and modern. Kitchen has everything you need, all cutlery is quite fresh and clean. It's convenient that there is a door between kitchen and bedroom (sometimes in studios there is none), because once you close it, there are no distructions from the fridge and other sounds. Apartment even has an iron, which is a rare case. Ali was responsive and answered all questions about the neighborhood.

Everything was great. Ali was there for everything we needed. If we come back to Istanbul we would happily stay there again.

The living room and bedroom are spacious but the kitchen and bathroom are narrow. A person with broad shoulders may feel closed in. The sink is small and there is not a microwave or oven to reheat food - perhaps that is common in Istanbul? The chair in the bedroom is too big or misplaced. Getting to the other side of the bed by maneuvering around the chair is cumbersome. A throw blanket in the living room would be nice touch.

The apartment appears to be furnished with modern amenities. There is a washing machine available. Location is walking distance to Taksim Square with an airport shuttle stop (170 TL each way). Cafe everywhere. There is a great restaurant right on the corner for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A short walk to Galataport in Karaköy to access the modernized part of Istanbul.

First thing I like to say-Ali is a SUPER Host! He was very-very friendly and helped us with everything from the first minutes of conversation about a month before our stay when we had booked the apartments! You don’t need to worry about the keys and the late/early time of arriving because the Apartments has password doors and the keys box are near the room on another password too, which is very comfortable to leave all the stress behind. We booked a Junior Suite (room number 6) for me and my girlfriend. The room was on the highest floor opposite the terrace room (number 5), the sound isolation was really nice, because there were 2 different families in room 5 during our stay in room 6 and we didn’t hear a single noise. Our room was very-very beautiful and modern designed! We had a large comfortable bed and a sofa (which I thought could be transformed into the bed, but I didn’t do that so not sure), but the space of the room was totally enough for 2 guests. The room was REALLY VERY CLEAN!!! We had an oven, a fridge, ironing board, iron, professional hair dryer, all the little things like slippers, shampoo and so on. Ali was very kind to equip the room with many dishes and glasses for wine. Also there were 2 bottles of free water in the fridge, which was really nice. There wasn’t any single dirt or something that didn’t work!!! The bathroom was always fresh and the shower doors did not let water through. The view from our room was also nice, even though it was into the courtyard, it wasn’t any noise or something depressing looking at the window. The area near the Apartments is amazingly wonderful: right opposite the Apartments located 5 different local cafes, Migros shop is on the opposite street (1 minute walk), also Sok and Carrefour shops are 2 minutes walk from the Apartment(I suggest to buy fruits in Sok as the shop with low prices), Taksim street is 3 minutes walk and İstiklal Caddesi with different shops is 5 minutes walk.

The communication with the host was great. Ali was helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. There was also lot of shelves in the apartment, which was nice for three women and all theirs stuff. The location was perfect - lots of coffees and restaurants in the neighborhood.

My 1 person apartment had a small bathroom and sink which was a bit way too small for me but not a big deal. I stayed a week.

Location was close to everything you may need- shops, bakeries, restaurants. The apartment was cozy and modern and the TV had Netflix available which is good if you don’t speak Turkish. I heard that it was renovated 2 months ago. The owner was really nice and helpful. There was a time when I left the key inside and he came to rescue me which I very much appreciate.
