Little noisy at night but when downtown that’s what you should expect. Breakfast a bit boring but Covid times so that’s what you get…

Bed was good, shower excellent, strong wifi, left car with them and valet had out front when needed in minutes, staff very nice and friendly. Continental breakfast was ok Great location, right downtown.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The cleaners were wonderful. The room was comfortable and suitable for a week long stay. I was there for a work conference and some leisure activities and the location was perfect. Right in the city centre and very close to the metro, bus stops and good quality restaurants.

There was mould in the whole room mainly the bathroom the whole room smelt of mould . There was open electric sockets in the bathroom which is a health hazard as there is water everywhere. Lots of broken stuff. The staff where rude and refused to give me a spare key to are room (there was 3 of us and they gave us 1 key )

I don't had e bad experience or dislike something. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I can highly recommend this accommodation! I will stay at this hotel if I come again back to Ankara.

The Hotel is ideally located in downtown Ankara but in a quiet street. Excellent location; there are lots of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Also, near to the Kızılay square & the metro station. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Traditional tasty Turkish breakfast was provided. Free parking at the hotel.

Very good option in the city center, close to the metro, Kizilay Square, and pedestrian shopping streets. But at the same time, the hotel is on a relatively quiet street, and there is no noise in the room.

Trades men were working on the floor we were on. That was a bit annoying we were would of like led to have slept in til 9. They started making noise at 7:30.

Hotel was very clean, staff were incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. In the centre of kizilay. We had an Amazing experience with our family of 4.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast were delicious. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the city centre. It takes less than 5 minutes to get from the hotel to metro station and bus stop. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff speaks English.

The hotel location is great and accessible. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I booked a room for 3 but the lady in the reception upgraded it to a deluxe family room for FREE which was amazing since my mother was sick and this two family rooms helped us a lot. The breakfast is great and exceeded our expectation. The room cleaning proceddure is very professional. Even at check out, without us asking, they asked us if we need a taxi to airport and they called a taxi & they discussesd the fare with driver, which was very helpful since we didi not able to speak turkish with driver.
