Loved everything about the penthouse - an unexpected bonus was that it had amazing views of the Bosphorous:)! The front desk staff were all very helpful and hospitable, but the standout for us was Damla - she went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome!! We were there during the US Presidential elections and the day before we realised that we couldn’t get CNN - we mentioned this to Damla - and she got a technician in to fix the problem!! We were able to watch the election results unfold…. The building is well located walking distance to Taksim Square and other amenities, the tram service to Old Town is frequent and not too far. All on all a great stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We initially booked a city-view apartment, but the manager kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Bosphorus-view apartment, where we stayed for about 11 days. The apartment was stunning, with lovely decor, and everything was just perfect. The reception and services were available 24/7, ensuring we had all we needed. On our last day, I had a personal issue with a taxi driver, and the manager stepped in promptly to resolve it with great professionalism. The reception staff were also fantastic and very accommodating. They even received some shopping deliveries on our behalf and kept them safe for us. My sisters and mother loved the place; it was safe and conveniently located near all the areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Mostly in busy time you have to walk to the main road to take the taxi.like a 3 minutes walk.

Maybe some new toilet rolls, not older ones from previous tenant. Maybe a pan and a toaster in the kitchen.

Cleanliness. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Near supermarket. Walkable distance to Taksim Square and metro (important because taxi drivers here do not help tourists and take them for a longer ride frequently). Lots of shops.

I had a bad experience with one of the staff. Not sure if it's his nature but he talks loud and seems a bit rude. Once I confronted him for disrespect us .. he apologised and changed to be nice. Other staff were much nicer and helpful.

noisy neighborhood(it seems like there is a night club nearby as almost every night after 10 om so loud noise. shower keeps shifting water from cold to hot(every single time you turn on the shower whether it's morning or at night)

I liked it that it's about 12 minutes walking from Taksim square. Apt has nice kitchen
