Main entrance doors were broken, they did not open themselves. Okay for a day or two, but all week ? Cleaning of room might have been a little better. We were okay but there is a disco bar on the ground floor. People would need to be warned there is loud music until just after 12 midnight! The hotel is a little far out.

1. Breakfast service could have been better (Turkish breakfast not to be compared or confused with Continental or English breakfast). If the hotel explains this to the customer in advance it will manage the expectation better. Feel free to request poached egg on toast, butter etc and you are most likely to be served as per your request. 2. You might benefit from using Google Translate to effectively communicate with the staff. However, there is always somebody available to communicate in English. 3. Rooms that do not face the sea are not worth it. (These rooms have a balcony but a painted wall as a view) 4. All rooms can do well with a bit of renovation. Our rooms felt a bit dark. 5. Best to get bottled water from local supermarkets (we paid about 30 lira for 3 large bottles of water in the supermarket next to TUI Blue Grand Azur) 6. There was a safe in the wardrobe. However, it should be fixed permanently to the wardrobe else it does not give much confidence. Also, the safe was running low on battery and could not be used. Please also add usage instructions. 7. Note Marmaris is very adapted to UK tourists. Most excursions and restaurants quote in GBP and are happy to accept GBP. This hotel payment was done in Euros.

We spent overall 5 lovely days at this budget hotel as a family. We had a room with a sea view and one without. 1. The rooms facing the sea have amazing views. They have a balcony. 2. Excellent staff. Always ready to help both with any room queries or restaurant queries 3. Excellent location - right by the beach and many restaurants & shops 4. The marina & main shops is a taxi ride away (we paid 150 Liras for 5 passengers one way) 5. Attached restaurant food is good. We had two meals. Worth a try if you are unsure. 6. Rooms are comfortable with air-conditioner.

Hotel isn't new and you can notice scuffs on furniture and some minor breakings. Also there are no closed luggage room, but you can leave your luggage in lobby; for breakfast, there is only fried egg, cucumber/tomatoes/olives/cheese/bread in cafe on the 1st floor - it is ok and tasty, but for us was not enough

Housekeeping could have been better i asked for my room to be cleaned and it was not done on my arrival back from the day out. Firstly the breakfast was weak I would of preferred a a more English type.

Average breakfast, hotel does not have their own parking, must left car on the public places. No problem, but need to walk 300m with luggage and nobody help.

The breakfast had a limited selection and if you asked for anything additional they charge you. For example, I asked for water and they charged me for it. The young boy working the front desk at night was not helpful. I asked for an additional blanket and he did not provide me with one.

The location of this hotel was great! The rooms were very nice and clean. Isha at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Room doesn't have access to outside, the only widow in the room has a view on the emergency stairs, but this wasn't a problem for our stay as the majority of the time we spent it outside. The breakfast was not normal, not meeting the Turkish standards!

The Location is prefect as you will need 5 meters to swim nearby in a private spot. You can also walk the evening along the beach side which is animated 7 24 in summer time.

Bathroom had a crazy strong smell of canalization/sewage. Even with closed bathroom door the whole room smelled very bad. Very noisy at night, you will not get sleep without ear plugs. At night there is always disco in neighbour hotel. In the morning the neighbour restaurant starts to work at 5 in the morning and make loud noiises (actively move furniture, scream)

There is no parking, hotel is just on the beach and cars are not allowed. So you need to park a block far from the hotel and carry your suitcases. We were lucky to find a place to park because it was off season and the hotel we parked was already closed. TV was not working in our room and I asked to change. They wanted 200TL per day difference since available rooms have sea view. I refused to pay extra and they didn't change our room. Rooms are pretty small. Our room has missing some items they listed as available (like ironing board)
