Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport, there are many shops and restaurants in the area. The wifi was excellent.

UkraineThis is a 3-star hotel, so it would be inappropriate to expect 5-star conditions. But I have some comments: the most annoying thing was the smell of cigarette smoke, even late at night. I don't know who made it, whether it was the guests or the staff, but the smoke somehow filled the room, even the open balcony door to the terrace didn't help, and I don't smoke, so it made me uncomfortable. The mini kitchen was a nice bonus because of the possibility to cook something yourself. But she had a very limited set of dishes: a knife, a fork, a small saucepan, cups and a few plates. In principle, a tourist does not need a lot, but at least a small pan to fry eggs or sausages could be put, there were no spoons either, but at my request they were quickly brought. The bedding and towels were clean and in sufficient quantity, but it was not 100 katon, but a cheap analogue of them. There was a small safe in the closet, but it was locked, you probably had to know the code combination to open it, but they didn't tell me anything about it. I didn't need to use it, so it wasn't a problem for me. A room for one person, it would be a bit cramped for two. I also do not recommend leaving any food on the surface of the kitchen or in the cupboards, otherwise you are guaranteed an invasion of ants.A small remark about the entrance door. It was difficult to lock them from the middle with a latch. For this, it was necessary to show some strength, which I did not manage the first time. )) So I advise the owners to fix this door lock a little.
This hotel has a good location. It is located close to the metro, which greatly simplifies the ability to move around the city. You can also eat deliciously and inexpensively nearby at the Osmanbey Balkan Lokantasi cafe. Among the advantages of the hotel are the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, my room also had a terrace where you could drink coffee, but unfortunately the view from it is not very beautiful, only the surrounding houses and tall towers of new buildings. The room had such amenities as a kettle, hair dryer, and even an iron. The bathroom is comfortable and beautiful with a pleasant aroma. There was water around the clock. There was also a large plasma TV, although I did not use it.When you go outside, the door closes automatically and unlocks automatically by touching the card, which is very convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Aiza Suites! The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. The security of the hotel is top-notch, and what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful, especially Abdelaziz, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location and outstanding service!

In this hotel, where I stayed for the first time, the staff’s friendly welcome and their attention never faltered for a minute. Additionally, as I am very particular about cleanliness, I was very happy because I noticed that the hotel management is extremely attentive to hygiene and cleanliness, which delighted me. If I ever have to stay in this area again, I would definitely want to stay here and recommend it.
