The staff are all amazingly hospitable at this hotel and always assist with a smile . Thanks to the front desk staff who were all always helpful especially Nizar , Besma and Wessam . The concierge and staff at the gates were also always ready to assist .
Khalid and Anis at breakfast were very kind, looked after us well and informed us about the local Tunisian breakfast .
The onsite Tunisian and Mediterranean restaurants we tried were also good .
There was an issue initially with being allowed to wear the burkini at the spa but that matter was kindly resolved - Thank you.”
