As a tourist destination please make sure staff knows english. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate. Fruit and veg options were less in breakfast.

Beds are a little bit on the stiff side. Still got plenty of good sleep, so no problem for me.

I really liked my stay here! Everything was clean. Rooms were silent at night, airconditioning was silent and providing super cold air. Location is perfect since a songthaew stops at the Thappraya Rd. Great value for money!

Parasols needed on the rooftop sun deck to be able to sit in shade if needed. Stopped serving food and drinks too early.

Shower water just look warm. could have been warmer. nearly 20 mins walk too city centre.

No hot shower water and the pressure was way too low.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Free water and cleaning during our two nights stay. Very friendly staff. The two pools were okay, but both were a bit run down and not really refreshing as the water was too warm. Breakfast was also okay, more Asian options but totally fine considering the room price. Overall good value for money, but nothing special.

Well run hotel. This was a more comfortable say than a "5 star" hotel I had stayed the week before. WiFi was High Speed amd reliable Which was notable in comparison to other more expensive Thai hotels I have stayed.

The aircon was making continuous noise. It was a soft noise of pushing air out and wasn’t annoying to be honest. The bed was double sized. If the bed would have been king size it will make the stay even better. For a solo person it’s perfect but not for a couple.

Great location, very close to Jomtien beach. Takes 10-12 minute to reach walking street by tuk tuk and add additional 10 minutes for Central Pattaya Mall. The hotel offers great great breakfast between 7-11 am. Additionally their kitchen is also open for lunch and dinner until 9:20pm daily which is very convenient if you are feeling tired and doesn’t want to go out to eat. The prices for lunch and dinner are very cheap compared to outside restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing, big and clean. You can simply spend your day time swimming if you don’t want to go out in the heat. The room size is decent and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is hood size and clean as well.

Loud traffic noise ( motorbike , car) even late night. Thanks for the reception lady who was very helpful. I requested to move to another side but the Air conditioner blows to body directly also has noise. Room became smaller but at least I had less noise waking me up during night. Shower ponding water and the shower cube is dirty .

Swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff. A few local food stands, 7-11 , Top daily’s, massage , laundry (behind hotel in deep lane ) are great.
