The shower was a wild time. The shower head kept sliding down and not staying where it was suppose to. Made it rather difficult. And on smaller side.

Breakfast was disappointing. In fact, we had breakfast once and then skipped it for the remainder of our stay. The hotel could do a much better job of making it look appealing and having more offerings.

We loved the location and walked everywhere that we needed to go. We could walk to our pizza making class, shops and restaurants. There is also a laundromat around the corner so we got to wash clothes after traveling for a week (tip: you don't need soap it automatically releases in machine). The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There could be more variety for breakfast. The glasses for water are plastic instead of glass which is not sustainable at all.

Staff is very kind, daily clean room service works well. The location is great, central. The city is very walkable from hotel. The street is noisy but the windows are pretty good.

Room a bit small for 2 people. No tea making facilities. Shower small and an odd shape (ours also broken in two places). Some foods at breakfast run out early. Lift an odd shape (and still have to go up some stairs from reception to get to it). Breakfast ends earlier than other places. Checkout time also earlier than other places.

We traveled by car and the hotel staff arranged the parking service which worked perfectly. The staff provided us with useful information upon arrival which made it easy to navigate in the town. The hotel location was perfect, walking distance to old city, shopping, restaurants and to the sea boulevard. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, nice small room with balcony and good breakfast. A GREAT small hotel at the perfect location that I warmly recommend to you who want to be surrounded by nice staff and Napoli atmosphere.

The hotel is near the main street,so traffic can bother you if your ears are sensitive. The photos of breakfast were not as it was. We are not fans of sweets for breakfast.and there was too much of that and not much of other stuff. Wifi kept throwing out.

Room was heated enough, staff was friendly, location was great, everything within walking distance. The bus from the airport stops 500m awaa,very convenient.

breakfast could be better with more salty things and better bread. also maybe boiled eggs could be good!price for the night is quite high for this level of the hotel i think. but this is Napoli and it seems alla hotels there are expensive.

Its a pity there are a lot of stairs, my mum who has mobility problems found it very difficult. There are stairs to get in the hotel and stairs to go to have breakfast. A person who is in a wheelchair will find it very difficult.
