The transportation to and from the hotel is too expensive and not worth paying the extra cost, we chose another way and it was under half the price and very fast. The prices for massage are too high, definitely they can create more budget friendly options or lower prices for current packages. I understand it’s about the experience, but still. We went to another place and we had the thai experience at much lower costs. The staff is very nice and helpful, but the majority of them don’t speak English much, so it’s very difficult to make yourself understood and many times we gave up. Investing in lessons for employees of such a hotel is crucial for customer satisfaction in my opinion.

The food was very good and breakfast various, it wasn’t just a typical accommodation, but a whole experience. That is what we wanted and they provided. The location is beautiful and you can easily take trips to see other parts of the islands, totally worth it. The trips offers from the hotel are budget friendly.

I asked information on transfers before arriving and they only proposed me their own transfer from Phuket, even though they know very well about the other options (if you are travelling from Krabi, as we did, you can take AndamanWaveMaster speedboat that arrives on Laemtong beach). The rooms close to the beach and to the pool lack privacy (luckily for us we were on a garden suite on the upper level). The spa is very expensive compared to Thai prices.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet location on a beautiful beach of Koh Phi Phi. The rooms are amazing and you feel you are in the middle of nature but yet with every comfort. The staff is helpful, restaurant and fruit smoothies are very good.

Relaxed, quiet with plenty of space on beach. Excellent choice of other restaurants on the beach - Jasmine was good. A couple of small mini markets on the beach for snacks/ drinks. Hotel organised a fantastic speedboat and taxi service to next hotel in Krabi direct from beach (£50 each). Saves long tail transfer to main town and bustle of town.

mosquito bites are major problem at this hotel. I know it’s in the jungle area and that is part of being a jungle but they should try and make it a little bit more comfortable. It also needs to be revamped. I know it says it is a 30-year-old village, but you can revamp it and make it look more up-to-date and clean. that would not take away the experience of being in the 30-year-old village if they did it.

The only downside really is the mosquito plague, even though the resort is working against it with all efforts.

Very clean and beautifully arranged resort, with a minimalistic flair, but a luxury touch. Each one of the staff represented what the resort values stay for, we felt warmly welcome and valued as guests. All amenities were thoughtfully arranged and maintained. The location is situated in a tropical paradise. We had our wedding ceremony at Zevola. A lifelong memory for sure. This was not the last time for us to visit this stunning place. We can only highly recommend this one of a kind boutique resort.

We loved this hotel so much. The beach is the best we’ve ever seen! So transparent and calm. The villas are comfortable, a/c works perfectly, great linen. They gave us a cake and a gift for my birthday, very thoughtful (apart from preparing a surprise when we arrived as we were in honeymoon). Highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience in this beautiful boutique hotel, great breakfast and restaurant, bar on the beach, great views, vegetation and fauna, all what cultivated people need. Nothing, except the regular passage of tractors to bring tourists to the hotel next door... We had a beautiful stay! Thank you to the team, we will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious.. hats off to the chef in general! We had all our dinners at the restaurant of the hotel and it was a pure delight! The best Thai food we have had so far. The room was beautiful! We loved the mix between indoor and outdoor and the possibility to shower outside. The daily gifts are also such a nice treat! The pool of the hotel is nice, surrounded by a beautiful greenery. We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The beach is also really nice, a beautiful white sand beach. The only inconvenience would be the regular passage of tractors to bring tourists to the hotel next door... very noisy and smelly. But Zeavola has nothing to do with it obviously. The staff is the best! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

I would note that being inside nature, there were ants and other friends in the room which mandated us to empty clean our backpack, so if you're not a fond of those - consider. Pool water was too cold for me.

Located on a beautiful secluded beach, we took the villa with the pool for my partner'd bday. the villa was stunning and so was the pool,. The bath room was huge and the outside shower was cool. We loved the natural feeling of the space and the general quietness and relaxation. The food was great too for dinner and breakfast. Staff were really nice.

Tractors are used to get people from the boats. This is very unique experience once you arrive. However, the constant noise at the beach is somewhat disturbing.

Great Boutique Hotel. On a very nice beach. Rooms are lovely, big and authentic. The food is excellent and the diving school was very good.
