It can be noisy for people who are sensitive to noise because the hotel is right by the street. It is a bit loud with motorcycles and cars from time to time.

The location is just perfect. Everything that you need is in a walkable distance. The place isn’t only well-decorated but also inexpensive. I like the staff here. They are very efficient and always seem to know what to do. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this lovely place.

Everything is clean and comfortable, quite affordable, great location next to the river and many local markets, great cafes and restaurants around here, and people are so friendly and welcoming, trying to help as much as possible. Had a great time staying in this hotel!

I loved my room on the last floor, but it had no wi-fi. I had to get out of the room every time I needed Internet.

I met very friendly and helpful staff. The place does not have an elevator, but I had no issue with my luggage, it was taken upstairs for me. I also had no issue changing a room. Free coffee and sweets in the morning were a lovely bonus to my stay.

I stayed at the top floor. Rarely the Wi-Fi would disconnect and slow.

Great Service, Great accommodation. I arrived Chiang Mai early in the morning, and I would be able to leave my stuff at the hotel (before check-in time), while I am waiting for my room to be ready. Free snack at the front desk.

Visitors should take a pro-active stance on cleaning the rooms as the cleaning and changing towels was done upon request which is ecology friendly but could be unusual for some guests. The owner will likely still have to ponder the issue of fire exits. While some visitors might complain about the weekend chanting and bell sounds at the neighboring temples, I found weed-smoking and noisy tourists much more of an inconvenience. This is an old structure, so all the noises are heard throughout the building.

The young ladies who run this recently renovated guest-house go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They were very responsive to my needs, such as laundry and transport. The bed was soft, the A/C easily manageable and the bathroom quite big. Much effort went into nicely decorating the whole space. Price, service, location immediately near the river combine for an excellent choice. The place is in safe walking distance to the night market, but (I say this for old people and people with kids) there is admittedly more risky road crossing than when you stay in the old city.

Only downside is the noise. The windows glass is very thin, so you'll hear the fairly frequented road as if you're outside. Not an issue if you're not too sensible to noises

Excellent stay. The staff is very welcoming, nice and helpful. They offer tea, coffee, and some biscuits. The hotel is well located, next to the walking bridge to cross the river, 15min walking to the old town. The room is great, large, nicely decorated and very comfortable. AC works perfectly, as the shower. It's a great value, definitely recommended

All of the staff were very welcoming, smiling, helpful in every way and gave us some really good advice as well. The place has a real charm of its own and is very nicely decorated. The gift at the end of the stay is a noce touch as well!
